Customer Service is great
Customer Service is great! My advisor (Cammie) is very helpful and attentive. The platform has gotten better and I have had better candidates than in previous years. I am glad I tried iHire again this year.

Love the landing page
Love the landing page - the tiles are visually easy to read. Would love to see the 2-line summary on the tiles be standardized with salary range, work location (in-person, hybrid, remote) and possibly required degree/certification/license. Once you click the tile to read the description, some jobs are easy to read and include formatting, etc. Some are just a giant wall of text that runs together and are impossible to read. Would love to see some forced formatting with job requirements at the top. No use reading a huge wall of text only to find, buried halfway down, a requirement that you don't have. Thanks for listening!

I only got 4 applications for my pastry…
I only got 4 applications for my pastry chef job, 2 of which were out of the US. One didn't even qualify. Was disappointed that I received so little applicants from a chef job board. But I did find a hire through this job board so I am grateful.
