This dealer is not an honest dealer and is completely in this buisiness for just the money. He is money thirsty and he will do anything and everything possible to take your money
I purchased this vehicle on the 29th of October 2025, and from the very beginning, there were already clear issues with the car.
Before even buying the vehicle, I raised multiple concerns with the dealer. I pointed out that the rear bumper was not properly attached, the interior was in poor condition, and the front bumper did not look aligned correctly. I specifically asked the dealer whether the vehicle had ever been involved in an accident, and I was clearly told that it was not.
Despite these concerns, I was reassured that everything would be sorted. I even asked for a price reduction due to the visible issues, but this was refused. I agreed to go ahead with the purchase only because I was promised that these problems would be fixed through their contacts.
However, on the very same day I drove the car home, I immediately noticed further problems. The rear heated seat button was broken, and more importantly, the car was shaking when braking, which is a serious safety concern. I reported all of this straight away and sent photos and videos as evidence.
Within the first week of owning the vehicle, I was already being sent to garages by the dealer. I was told that the brakes were “perfectly fine” and instead was instructed to go to a tyre shop for alignment and balancing.
When I followed these instructions and went to the recommended garage, I was told the complete opposite: three tyres needed replacing, the rear brake discs needed replacing, and the vehicle required wheel alignment. This directly contradicted what I had been told by the dealer and immediately raised concerns about how the vehicle had been checked before sale.
Shortly after this, the car began struggling to start and even shut off completely on multiple occasions. Again, I reported this immediately.
By the end of November, the situation got worse when the check engine light came on. From here, the dealer began sending me to multiple garages, each giving completely different explanations. One said it was an O2 sensor issue, another suggested it was bad fuel, and another suggested a misfire. There was no clear diagnosis, no proper solution, and no accountability. I was constantly being passed from one place to another without any resolution.
Throughout December, I was constantly chasing the dealer for updates. There were repeated delays, excuses, and lack of communication: waiting on parts that never arrived, garages not responding, being told to wait days with no updates, and being asked to bring the car back and forth repeatedly. At one stage, my car was supposedly kept at a garage for multiple days, yet when I went to collect it, it was sitting in the dealer’s car park, and no real work had been done.
At this point, I had completely lost confidence in the dealer and decided to take matters into my own hands. I booked the vehicle into a specialist and paid for a full diagnostic myself. This cost me out of my own pocket. The results were shocking. The specialist identified over £10,000 worth of issues, including suspension arm damage (the banana arm), worn bushes causing the braking vibration, fuel system concerns, and multiple underlying faults. Most importantly, the vehicle was not roadworthy; it would likely fail an MOT. The issues were pre-existing and not caused by my use of the car.
This is the most serious part. I was sold a vehicle that was not fit for the road. This was not just minor wear and tear: the rear bumper was improperly attached, the interior was poor, the paintwork was substandard, and there were major mechanical faults. For a high-performance car like an RS6, this is completely unacceptable. These are not small issues—this is a powerful, expensive car that should have been thoroughly inspected before being sold.
After months of going back and forth with no resolution, I had no choice but to involve my finance company in January. Only once the finance company stepped in did the dealer begin to take the situation seriously. Even then, it took from mid-January until early March for the dealer to finally accept any responsibility. This delay alone shows how much the situation was dragged out unnecessarily.
Even after finally accepting responsibility, the process was still not handled properly. The dealer delayed collecting the vehicle and only did so recently. On top of that, after taking the car back, he has now attempted to claim there are additional damages and suggested I may be charged—despite the fact that the vehicle was already in a poor and unroadworthy condition when sold to me.
This entire experience has been exhausting. From day one, the vehicle had serious issues. I was misled about its conditions, sent in circles between garages, had to pay out of pocket, and the car was confirmed unroadworthy. I would strongly not buy from here.
