The items were great, postage costs need reviewing
The items were great, no complaints at all there. Thank you. The items were shipped promptly, but not 24/48hr delivery so I am struggling to see how they justify an £8.50 delivery charge, when all I ordered was a pipe and 2 clips. This seems to be a flat rate charge and that is why I have selected 3 stars

Helpful firm but very expensive delivery.
I felt my purchase was quite expensive and the carrier charge was huge. Surely there are cheaper carriers than the one that was used.
However the net was just as I ordered and was easy to refit instead of the old one. The delivery was extremely quick and the person I dealt with on the phone was very helpful.

We bought a frame pool four years ago. It gets about six months use every year – it is excellent and has given our young son great confidence in water... as well as many hours of great fun with his friends.
It has needed a few new components every now and then – due to the very extreme high usage we give it.
Pavlina in sales has been great at getting the components we need to us and keeping it going.
I can't recommend the company high enough – especially Pavlina and her excellent customer service.
