If you don't get a police report you might have problems proving your innocence. In fact I wasn't going to re-up with them. But after talking to her I gave her company my money. Very professional!!!

Estoy muy contariado por el trato que he recibido por parte de la persona que contesta las llamadas no me parecio nada como se comporto yo solo tenia una simple pregunta que si mi poliza estaba al dia y ella nunca contesto mi pregunta al contario fue grosera y sin nada mas me transfirio a otro lugar que de nada sirvio por que nunca contestaron creo que si el cliente esta al dia en sus pagos no tienen ninguna necesidad de mandar recaditos amenazando con suspender dicha poliza si no se paga lo que es ridiculo por que yo no quiero tener problemas por falta de aseguranza asi que me guataria que educaran mas a las personas que estan del otro lado de la linea y si de algo sirve me ha gustado su servicio solo ese detalle de falta de educacion gracias por su atencion
