The quote I got online wasn’t the same at your office. Your full coverage online was cheap compared to the agency quote, I feel deceived. The agent was calm and explanatory tho but that doesn’t change the fact that you lied online about the price.

Listen I'm going through a claim where my 22 dodge got stolen I wasnt aware of this until I walked out and couldnt find my car. It was sad and horrifying to feel. I have not had not one complaint with any person or Adjuster at this time. I am most grateful for the help and the thorough investigation that takes place.
