It performs well for my office calls and has never had any crashes.

After adding $25 balance, my account suddenly stopped making any outbound calls.
Calls fail immediately with “Service Unavailable” on both webphone and SIP trunk.
This affects Bangladesh, US, UK, and India — no destination works.

Before the top-up, calls were working. The issue started right after I asked about custom caller ID.

I provided a screen recording showing the error, but support kept blaming caller ID and Bangladesh routes, even though the call fails before routing and never reaches the carrier.

Support also confirmed that a SIP account was converted to a trunk, after which outbound calls stopped. Despite this, they repeatedly said “your account is fine” and refused to restore the previous working configuration or fix outbound routing.

This is service not delivered after payment. I do not trust this provider and cannot recommend it.

Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido, sin exagerar, una de las peores que he tenido con cualquier proveedor de servicios en toda mi vida.Desde el principio, todo pareció sospechoso. Illyvoip exige una cantidad absurda de documentos para una simple cuenta VOIP. No solo pedían lo básico como identificación y comprobante de domicilio, sino que requerían documentos empresariales detallados, referencias bancarias, permisos comerciales y hasta documentos que parecían irrelevantes para un servicio de telefonía por internet. El proceso de verificación se extendió por semanas, con constantes solicitudes de "un documento más" que nunca terminaban.
Una vez realizado el pago, comenzó el silencio. Días pasaron sin activación de cuenta. Mis correos electrónicos eran ignorados o respondidos con evasivas genéricas sobre "procesos técnicos". Las llamadas al soporte cliente resultaban en largas esperas solo para ser colgado o transferido interminablemente.

Its alright. Calls lag now and then, porting my number took ages. Support was meh. Cheap rates save it.

I have been using this service for some time now and it has been reliable for both local and international calls. The call quality is clear and I have not experienced any random drops so far which truly matters the most.

Overall, it’s an okay choice for calling features. No major issues, but there’s room for improvement if used long-term.
