Amazing product. Will be using again. I was introduced to the foundation when I was away with my sister who swears by it & I was very Impressed by the coverage. So this is going to be my go to from now on.

Perfect foundation, very handy that you can put in your skin type etc and they pick the right foundation for you. Highly recommend for all different skin types, love the free gift with every order on subscription and it's reduced price with subscription too. My mum and sister also use the same foundation and have recommend to thier friends.

As a vulnerable pensioner I ordered what I thought was a one off order and they have charged me £52 a month for more than a year. I have tried twice to cancel this and not had any response and they are still taking this money. Absolute scam !

I do love this product line and there are usually some great discount along with a freebie thrown in with most purchasing!

I was initially excited to try IL MAKIAGE after seeing countless advertisements online. When I received a free sample offer, I thought it would be a great opportunity to see if the product lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The first thing that concerned me was the so-called “personalised” quiz. After experimenting with different answers regarding skin type, concerns, and complexion, I repeatedly received the same product recommendation. This made the process feel more like a marketing tool than a genuinely personalised colour-matching service.

The company promotes a 14-day trial period, allowing customers to test the product and return it free of charge if it isn’t suitable. While this sounds appealing, the product itself did not perform as advertised for me.

I will say that the packaging is excellent. It feels premium, well-presented, and high quality. However, the foundation itself was extremely liquid in consistency and did not work well on my oily skin, despite the information I provided during the quiz. I found it difficult to blend, it offered very little coverage, and it did not effectively conceal blemishes as claimed.

What was most concerning was my skin’s reaction to the product. I do not have sensitive skin and have used a wide range of makeup brands over the years without any issues. However, shortly after application, I developed blister-like irritation on my cheeks. I immediately removed the product and contacted customer service to arrange a return.

Customer service advised me to keep the product as a goodwill gesture. While I appreciate the sentiment, it wasn’t particularly useful given that I could no longer use the foundation due to the reaction it caused.

Overall, while IL MAKIAGE excels in marketing and presentation, the product did not deliver the personalised experience, coverage, or suitability that was promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

Two Amounts out of my bank account, and each customer service reply has been different saying one I have ordered twice and two it’s
For replenishment, I didn’t order the second item and I did not replenish, be warned this company is fraudulent and protect your bank details.

When you have an issue they put it right, with vouchers, free items etc can’t knock the customer service which gives you confidence to order again

When my foundation didn’t match they sent out a new one at no cost and i didn’t have to send my old one back, hassle free! Make up is also such good quality

Love the feel of the primer on my face it's weightless.

After seeing many adverts for the foundation i thought i would give it a try
The colour match was perfect the coverage was good however I would maybe go for after party if it was available in the UK which gives abit more coverage. I then got some free gifts to try so the eye liner and mascara are fantastic!!! Really impressed. I now have tried the collagen plumping cream and I must say after years of different facial creams this is by far the best my skin looks smoother more radiant and I actually look younger without the dark circles under my eyes (lack of sleep from the kids lol). There was a slight issue with postage being lost but the customer service were amazing they resent my order straight away and gave me a voucher for the inconvenience.

The experience with this company has been outstanding! And the staff have fantastic knowledge and are very nice people making emails personalised.

Unfortunately the foundation, it oxidised after about 2 hours or less, then looks cakey, l purchased the primer , mascara, concealer as well and extremely disappointed, as the advertised products promised the complete opposite of what you get. Also cost myself a lot of money. The primer was the best out the lot, but it didn’t stop the foundation oxidising. I did not ask for a refund, l really felt just disappointed.

Expensive but good quality and a little goes a long way. Excellent customer service

Once you have established your shade you'll just want to keep going back for time after time as the products are good quality and customer service is impressive, helpful and swift.

Not great at reviews, but I've been using this foundation for years and it's still the best I've ever used. Quick delivery time too.
