I wasn’t sure about trusting a company to put a hold on my account before I even got the items but honestly the company has been amazing when I received my items they wasn’t quite right for me and they gave me a full refund including postage. Then as a sorry said I can keep the products so I didn’t have to go out of my way to send them back this was full size products over £100 worth ! They also gave me £30 worth of credit to spend on the site I thought you wow amazing never had such brilliant service then a week later got another £10 to spend with them can’t fault the company at all

If I could give zero star, I would.
No option to unsubscribe once you are on their auto renewal payment, this is robbery.
No communication available with customer service, just able to submit a request with no confirmation. No email, no contact number, nowhere to message chat a customer service person, they are THIEVES!!!

I got the woke up like this flawless base Foundation, I would say the product itself is ok I found it oxidized quite quick into a darker colour. It's quite a dry formula so I wouldn't expect it would be suitable for dry skin. I have combination and it lasted around 3 to 4 hours before wearing off. There is an interesting musky smell and I would say it does look like cakey. I wouldn't purchase it again and I wouldn't recommend it to most people. I did get a free gift. The long wear eye pencil crayon, Which is very pigmented does does the job would have preferred an option of colour

Wonderful customer service! I had a free gift with my order. It was a lipstick and it arrived and wouldn’t twist up so I couldn’t use it. I emailed and they sent a replacement out the same day! Fantastic!

Despite my order of foundation not being the correct shade for me, the team went above and beyond to tey and send me the correct one. Alex at customer service really was excellent and couldn't do enough to help me. A great experience overall. I highly recommend you give then a try. Thanks
