Check the small print, read everything
I bought this product from an Instagram advert, deep in the small print, I never saw it, is that you’re entering a 3 monthly subscription set up for the same product, I was shocked when the second product arrived, I thought I’d been scammed I got straight onto my bank to cancel my card, they informed me this is a regular problem with this company, they advised what I should do, I got in touch with Makiage, they issued a refund email for the post office, but when I went to return it, it couldn’t be used by the post office, I was so traumatised by this point I came away crying, I called the company up again & asked for another return label, they said they had had a notification from the post office of my trying to return it & to keep the product free as an apology

It's my second time buying this foundation and it's honestly the best I've ever used! Goes on flawlessly and feels like your own skin. No sticky caked on feeling. ( The liquid eyeliner is amazing too!)

Good products but make sure you get the correct product for you
I love the eyeliner, eyebrow products and lip plumper. However I started buying Il Makiage for a foundation which was a good match. I probably didn’t answer the questions about skin tone/colour accurately. The foundation I received was too pale and yellowish and despite re submitting the questionnaire I haven’t had a replacement.

Horrible horrible service. 100 emails still no product no resolution, took the payment for yearly subscription and never dispatched a single item. After 100 email to customer support same answer. Would not advise anyone to pay first for subscription to this horrible firm
