Good order experience, just hope I get the right shade. Really worried about that.
I really like the way you choose everything. I just hope that I made the right choice on my color. I hate mailing stuff back-and-forth. I live in a very rural area and have to drive 30 miles to UPS Store. So I sure hope mine is the right color. I don’t wanna have to return it and order more and all that goofy stuff. Too much trouble. But ordering is a breeze.

I had made an error when ordering the foundation under try it now by including the concealer. I communicated with Customer services to help me cancel that order. The cancellation was done promptly and the postage refunded to me. I have since gone to the website got my shade matched and made a new order. I am happy with the service and can't wait for my order, hopefully this is the beginning of a long relationship x

SHADY - LIKELY SCAM
BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING FROM IL MAKIAGE
I have now been refunded, but I am still extremely unhappy about how I apparently ended up with a recurring subscription.
I repeatedly asked IL MAKIAGE to show me exactly what wording I was shown when I supposedly agreed to recurring payments. They have never provided it.
If they cannot show me what I agreed to, I do not accept that I knowingly consented to a subscription.
Based on my experience, I would warn anyone making a one-off purchase that you may find yourself signed up to recurring payments without ever realising you have consented to them.
A refund does not make that acceptable.
I will now be reporting my experience to the Competition and Markets Authority, because consumers should not have to discover afterwards that what they believed was a purchase has apparently become a subscription.
Update since reply.
IL MAKIAGE has provided what it considers evidence that I agreed to a subscription. I strongly dispute that it proves I knowingly did so. I did not see or select the subscription box shown, and there are discrepancies in the evidence supplied.
More concerning, there are myriad complaints online from customers reporting remarkably similar subscription experiences, including groups dedicated to the issue. I have now reported my concerns to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and encourage other UK customers with similar experiences to do the same.

Il makiage
I ordered foundation and concealer last year. Gave my review didn't like it came up with a rash took months to clear. On the 1st August working from home and I receive a knock, saw the box on the floor , Il makiage. Thought I stopped contact or whatever. They never sent me anything to advise of a delivery and the cheek they took my hard earned cash. Worst company to deal with tried to unsubscribed, kept bringing me to another part of their website to purchase items. Get stuffed my face has finally cleared up
