They are scammers
They are scammers, please don't buy anything from them. They have taken out almost £200 from my account.
Where did you send the product? You sent only two times your product and then just keep taking money from my account without sending the product (charged me aprox 32 pound 4 times ). My daughter sent you a msg to end subscription and you didn't respond back.

What you saw on your account was a pre-authorization, better known as a hold, which simply ensures the funds are available - in the event that you decide to keep the product after your trial ends. It drops in 4 business days. If you don’t love the product, you can send it back with our pre-paid return label and you won’t be charged.
