The dinners are very handy for my daughter to take to work for lunch as a microwave is available to use. The dinners are delicious. Wonderful variety of dinners. We are pleased to see most of them are Yeast Free as three of our household have this problem. We are pleased we have found Ilumi dinners.

casseroles are packed with meat wonderful taste the best iv had since becoming a coeliac have had the lamb and beef one you certainly get your moneys worth recommended

I enjoy using this food and it gives me something different when I want to feed myself. It is very quick and easy to use and also very tasty.

Ordered goodies from Ilumi and certainly have no regrets. From receiving order to the delivery I was kept well informed. Needed to contact them but had a problem with the 0800 number but solved my query via email. Would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.

The food tastes like cat food

I've tryed 7 day meal, and very happy with the results,, the food is very tasty and filling, highly recommended.

Excellent main meals. Shame you don't provide breakfasts or deserts. Also not everyone needs dairy free, all you need to do is clearly identify what's what. I'd love to see an illumi boil in the bag rice pudding.

You ask about my first ilumi delivery, not yet recieved. Not a good experience. Parcel force didn't deliver when i was in, they put wrong time on card as i was in at the time they put on the card. This would have been ok if what followed was easy. I arranged for it to be delivered to local post office a few days later, for which i will have to pay extra. Made special trip on date quoted, it wasn't delivered by the date specified. To find out what was happening, I had to ring parcel force with own phone at the post office, not a good experience. So still haven't got it yet, hope ok in this weather. I often get things delivered, this is the worst delivery experience yet.

I buy ilumi because I have food intolerances.I also get some for my elderly mother in law as emergency dinners for when she can't or doesn't want to cook.We love the fresh flavours and huge choice.Last time I ordered it was delivered in less than 24hrs in a good strong box.Well done.

The food is so good that you forget that it is gluten free etc. my son has digestive problems and finds the food great because it is so easy to prepare and so tasty to eat.

I found the delivary service to be quick, my order arrived within 2 days. I recieved a text to tell me when my order had been dispatched and another text to inform me where my order had been delivered to and when i could collect it.

I ordered 2 meals last Sunday.

I received a text to say the flood would be delivered by the delivery company and I replied to ask them to leave the package with a neighbour.

That was it. The package never arrived, I didn't receive a delivery card or further info from the delivery company.

I emailed ilumi and got a reply which was not very helpful or sympathetic saying my package was at an 'East London' depot. Which depot? I didn't receive a card, so how do I collect the package? That is, once I work out which depot to go to...

Not impressed and disappointed, the delivery company is to blame for sure, but the overall experience has been terrible.

There aren't enough great words for me to describe what I thought of the food, it's simply brilliant

My order arrived very quickly and in good condition. I like the packaging of the products and how quick and easy they are to prepare. The only thing I haven't liked about the products so far is I have found some of the sauces to be very thin and watery, almost needing a bowl instead of a plate to serve on! However, the flavours are good so I would order them again.

The meals are so nice and they are low calorie! There are different deals on every month to save money! I was spending about 5 pound a day on food but now I just eat these meals.

Got special introductory offer to get half price gluten free starter pack as newly diagnosed coeliac with new coeliac UK membership. Promotional code did not work on website, so contacted company, who informed me promotional code had had to be deactivated due to abuse, but offered to honour promotion by refunding the equivalent sum after I had placed my order. Placed order and informed Ilumi - got refund next day and food arrived in 24 hours. Haven't actually got round to trying the food yet, but the customer service was superb. Thanks.
