I would highly recommend these guys. We were cutting it fine with renewing our mortgage and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure that it went through on time. They were very responsive and it really felt like they knew their stuff and made sure we were getting the best deal.

Brian was a recommendation from a family member after we had two other brokers/advisers let us down and we cannot thank him enough for his efforts and dedication.

We had a very short time period to re-negotiate our fixed mortgage rate after being let down and Brian helped us achieve our new fixed-term rate without going into the higher interest rate after the fixed term was up, even with our lender making things rather tricky for us.

Brian provided impeccable attention and detail, taking time to talk through questions and concerns. He even provided advice and options that the other brokers never mentioned. He was a great mediator between us and the lender, ensuring that all documentation had been received, processed and that any slight hiccups were ironed out super efficiently. His communication was spot on, on both phone calls and email and his response time was fantastic.

Before speaking to Brian, we genuinely thought we were a lost cause and with very limited options. Brian brought a sense of peace and wisdom in a time of need and uncertainty.
