We picked Ideal Mortgage to help us with our first house purchase as they came highly recommended by many of our friends, and for good reason - Brian Donovan has been our adviser, and beyond succesfully securing the loan we needed for our purchase, he has felt more like a guide through the ardous process of buying a property. Andrew was truly excellent throughout. I’d been given poor advice my a previous broker who then stopped returning my calls. Andrew stepped in and negotiated the best possible mortgage deal for me at a time when interest rates were super changeable. He was clear and responsive and basically performed some kind of magic to get the most out of my limited funds. I’m not sure the deal would have gone through without him. Courteous, friendly and patient! A total star!
