Immortal Roadmap Program

I started the IRP program after working with several Metafy coaches and not being fully satisfied. After joining IRP completley changed my view on VALORANT Coaching entirely.

The program helped me a lot on realizing more in depth what I was lacking in the game, specially on the 1 on 1s. I felt like my coach, Coach randomnoob, was a lot more invested in helping me improve than most other people I've worked with in the past and he made experience enjoyable for you.

In general I would recomend this program to anyone who is exetremely invested and commited to improving in their game because in my opinion they will 100% help you become a better player.

As someone who isn't comfortable with the competitive aspect of Valorant the IRP community has been nothing but supportive. Both the coaches and fellow players/students are your biggest cheerleaders. Scrims are a great learning opportunity as well as the weekly classes. While my season has long been over this community has been another family to me and I wouldn't trade any of my experiences with them for anything.
The resources available are great references and you can always join in the classes even if you are not in the current season. Lifelong support and resources!

I’ve been in IRP for about a year, and I joined before I was competing for VCT GC. I started in low diamond, and now am consistently playing in ascendant lobbies. The coaches were VERY supportive in providing 1 on 1 feedback that was specific to my personal goals and needs to improve in my matches. They followed up with my progress after VOD reviews and were able to point out areas that needed improvement while also celebrating my wins with me. The community was very supportive and I made great friends where we can discuss about games and other topics as well. Overall really enjoyable experience, and even though I don’t play the game as much, I can always come back to the community and reach out if I needed help with game related questions

I can't say enough good things about this program but I'll try to keep it as short and simple as possible, I've had nothing but positive and rewarding experiences with IRP. Every aspect of my gameplay was elevated from my mechanics to gamesense to my general mentality. The routines and exercises provided to me were tailored to my specific needs and just took my in game performance to another level. The coaches are all patient, kind, passionate, and experienced in this field for work, there is also so much variety to learn from. The entire environment of IRP is very safe and welcoming ranging from the community / your peers to the staff who handle financials. I have never yet had a bad experience while interacting with anyone from this community in my year of being active. The 5 star rating I gave is extremely deserved as my entire perception and understanding of the game is forever changed. Thank you IRP! :)

I‘ve been playing Valorant for about 1 1/2 Years before joining IRP and I was struggling to get out of ascendant for almost 9 months. I have never received professional coaching before so I was kinda sceptical at first. That all changed though as soon as I started working with @evad and the rest of Konpekis team.
We started working on my personal strenghts and weaknesses in our 1on1 coaching sessions. VOD reviewing was definitely the number 1 thing helping me out the most. Getting your plays highlighted and analysed by someone else who already has a lot of expirience, puts a new light on everything you do ingame.
I started implementing the changes to my gameplay and I reached a new peak rank only 9 days into IRP. After the rank reset in episode 7 I went from diamond 1 straight to Immortal. I‘m not saying IRP is like a miracle, you will still need to put in the work and grind the game to become a better player, however I couldn‘t have done it without their help. Huge shoutouts to @evaD and the other coaches, they work tirelessly to help you achieve your goals and they are with you every step of the way. I can‘t thank these guys enough.

Aside from the coaching, I‘ve made alot of great friends ever since I joined, and the community feels more like a family to me now. I am proud to call myself an IRP Graduate and for everyone who is still sceptical about joining I can only tell you to at least try it out.
Even if you don‘t see immediate results, you are getting lifetime access to the IRP website, where every single lesson is posted. I have never seen that amount of detailed information and recources about the game anywhere else.

In conclusion: I was holding myself back by not accepting the fact that I wasn‘t getting any better on my own. Sometimes, a little help is all you need to grow as a player. I am now confident in myself and have all the tools at my disposal to be the best version of myself, all thanks to Konpeki and the IRP Team. Thank all you guys again. <3

Allo you guys may know me as Techno I participate actively in the IRP program server i've also had the opportunity too work behinds the scenes with Konpeki as an intern learning what goes into making a really good videos that can go vial this is many of the vast opportunities you are able too get yourself into. I joined IRP for season 12 in the hopes of getting better at valorant and grow as a content creator. This program is excellent, in my opinion, and I really like that you have LIFETIME access to it and the lessons it teaches. You may always go back and speak with the instructors, look over previous materials, and take part in scrims to get some active experience pushing yourself if you're stuck or want to learn more. Although I have participated in training programs in the past, I believe this one to be the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and worthwhile.

IRP was about $1500 when my class joined. For $1500, you get classes (which apparently they think they have to clarify as "lessons and advanced lessons"), scrims, drills (basically server time practicing execs that'll never happen in your ranked games), and VOD reviews. Apprently they've added assessments now. If you go to Metafy, you can actually book one of IRP coaches for 50 HOURS of 1-on-1 for the same amount, and the value you'll get from 50 hours with evaD vs being in IRP is exponentially greater. The "guarantee" isn't a guarantee as most people don't hit their 6 divisions. I know of many that have been hardstuck for months with zero support from the coaches. Note that 90% they posted, they didn't clarify whether it happens within the timeframe, and they add a bunch of specific criteria so that they don't have to count a bunch of students who don't hit the guarantee. Also, you should ask if it's a money-back guarantee. It isn't ;)

Community is good but can be toxic. When I asked a coach to ask someone to stop calling teammates r*tarded in scrims, they told me it was a cultural difference of EU vs NA, tf?!

hi my name is jordan i joined irp looking to improve as a player in valorant and they helped me achieve that and more. i have peaked diamond 3 and have not stopped improving. they really helped me fix my mental and help me learn to love the game i got frustrated at. my coach noob has been such a big help in me as a player and helping me understand my weaknesses and strengths and helping me work to improve my game play every time i load up. i recommend irp to anyone and everyone looking to improve and want to hit a new peak in 6 weeks because this is by far worth ur money if ur looking too climb the ranks and improve ur play ty irp.

This program really did help. I can’t believe how much I learned. The last 2 weeks of IRP I’ve become busy with life but I’m sure I would of hit plat during the final weeks. Shortly after I had time and the IRP season ended, I did hit plat. I KNOW I’ll peak Diamond by the end of this act. My gamesense and aim have improved majorly. The program is fun with all the scrims and friendly people. It’s amazing getting to learn from the best of the best as well. I give thanks to IRP and especially my coach, Tiraye. I really appreciate everything she taught me. She is very nice and explains things very well. Thank you IRP, the program is definitely worth the money!

I started the IRP programme just switching over to PC and starting Valorant. And as someone who has played at a high level in other games I can honestly say IRP is a 10/10 if you are serious about improving your game. I placed bronze 2 and felt stuck when I interviewed and once I finished I ended up Plat 2 after 6 weeks. They utilised a multitude of different tools and methods to help suit you best and they really help you progress in ways many other coaching programmes don't by helping you identify how to get better by yourself and you are always welcome to message them anytime for help. They have some very qualified coaches with people who have started like me coming from console and climbing to radiant so they understand the struggle and common faults.

I would definitely recommend IRP to anyone looking to seriously improve their game or push to make it to the pro scene.

IRP was a fantastic financial decision for me. I joined up around the start of September and it has allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills to compete with ascendent level players. As of right now I climbed from plat 1 to diamond 1, but I am still going and wont be stopping anytime.

My name is abunatalie I started the program as a gold 2 player seeking to improve my game play after 3 weeks I hit a new peek level into a totally new rank plat 1 then after some more weeks I went into plat 3 and it was my first time hitting 5 divisions in few weeks, my biggest challenge was a game sense the program helped me a lot in that problem and fixed it still needs more improvement but after all am very happy with the results, my coach Mr.Randomnoob was great person and coach every time I come with a struggling problem he was very helpful, he gave me a lot of points to work on and he was able to help me hit that rank i would never hit that without him.

I joined the program as Ascendant 1, with my current peak Ascendant 3. There are lots of great resources available to help you improve. They really do cover everything! If you're not sure where it is you're struggling, this program is for you.

The coaching experience has been instrumental in my development. I liked being able to have 1 on 1 meetings with different coaches to find the best coach to fit my needs.

Overall surrounding yourself with like minded individuals and participating in the community is the best way to improve.

My journey with the Immortal Roadmap Program (IRP) has been a game-changer and incredibly enjoyable. The one-on-one sessions, especially with Randomnoob | IRP / Metafy Coach, have significantly impacted my gameplay. The flexibility of live lessons and VODs seamlessly fitting into my schedule has been crucial for my improvement.

The valuable insights from entry and map classes, coupled with structured assignments, have not only been enriching but also contributed to noticeable improvement.

What truly sets IRP apart is not just the coaching but the incredible community that accompanies it. The supportive environment adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the learning process. For anyone seeking to elevate their gaming skills, I highly recommend IRP; it's been a transformative and fun experience for me.

Im Knan, 19 and a Valorant Comp grinder :). My Goal comming into IRP was to understand the game alot better and get to a level, where i should be able to hit Immortal, what i actually did. At the beginning i struggled alot to get a straight line on what i need to work on and how i can Improve on the little things. Randomnoob helped me alot with that and showed me what I can work on in the future to hit my longtime goal (Radiant). The Programm was alot of fun with the open and friendly community, the fun scrims, the very helpfull 1on1s and the live Lessons.

Enjoyed the 1on1 coaching the most, very easy to figure out what the problems are as an individual player. The notes from the VODs help and able to go back to and achieve these goals that are written down. Really helpful to identify these goals from the coaches and sometimes it can be hard to figure out what is going wrong. Even though I didn't hit the 5 rank up yet I’m confident I will hit it within some time. IRP gave me the tools to get to that point. Coaches do a great job and focusing on how we can fix these problems, coordinating in post plants as an example, using the scrims to really point that out and review it with coaches helped me a lot. Also being with like minded people and also higher elo players helps a lot in the learner process.

The live coaching is also a fantastic way to ask questions about the relevant subjects. The drills are amazing to get reps on concepts core the game while being able to get feedback live.

I was in the IRP 2 weeks before season 14 ended and I was hard stuck diamond 3 after constantly reaching ascendant and peaking ascendant 3. I finally reached Ascendant 1 at the start of IRP season 15 and this was the most worthwhile investment within my valorant career. I consider this the best financial investment because at first I did not see it that way since I thought it would be not help me as much but I was willing to give it a shot. I was a little taken back with the 5 division climb promise for that is merely just motivation for you to put in the effort with all the resources given to you. I have managed to climb all the way to Immortal 1 and this was by far the most humbling experience since I relied too heavily on my aim and ego to carry me out of ascendant, when all I needed to do was vod reviews, practice more, and think. The coaches at IRP especially Tiraye and Evad helped me realize this and I have reached a new peak. Anyone reading this should at the very least consider what you may gain, it all depends on if you are willing to let go of past conceptions of the game and to learn from the very best. Thank you again to all members of the IRP members for without you this would not be possible.

I finally hit Ascendant after starting out pretty such in Silver/Gold for the longest time! I normally like to duo queue or stack with friends, but I decided to just say fk it and just spam some solo queue from Gold -->Ascendant. I ended up match MVPing my rank up game too! But I felt like I especially carried that game with my comms and macro decision, not even my aim/fragging ability. But it does feels extra good popping off in my rank up game! Huge thanks to all the coaches. I think my macro play, comms, and util usage was what really helped me climb in solo queue. The coaching program was definitely a huge game changer for my play. I honestly don't think I would have made ascendant from gold without them!

IRP was worth every penny. The number one thing I would say to anyone on the fence about IRP is that they should remember that they don't need to reinvent the wheel. Valorant has been out for a while and has come as close to solved as a game can really get. That's thanks to a lot of pros and coaches working hard to be the best. As it turns out those are some of the same people who will teach you through the 6 weeks of IRP. Konpeki and Xpecial have created a great and welcoming space for the coaches like Evad, Comet, Maru, Randomnoob, Tiraye, and Day. Also shoutout to the homie Lone for squeezing me in as the last player of season 14. All of these people have worked hard to create a community where any Valorant player at any level can improve and grow. The lessons will give you insight into specific skills and game knowledge. The scrims will give you extremely helpful feedback in terms of how to be a strong team player (#1 thing is to comm good). Overall though the 1on1s are by far the most important use of your time. I would recommend finding a coach that has experience with what you want to be better in. I personally started with Randomnoob as he seemed like the most experienced entries player. At the time I was playing a lot of Raze/Jett so that was an obvious choice. Later I got a couple sessions in with Comet as I was trying to expand my hero pool and learned some valuable things about Omen but also some great insight into Raze. I will say that the lessons/scrims build a great foundation that allow the 1on1s to help larger growth. Thanks to the many resources that come with IRP I was able to make it from Ascendant 1 to Immortal 2 and just 2 weeks after the initial 6 week session I peaked immortal 3. I've had a lot of FPS experience but that doesn't mean you need that to get a lot out of IRP. Thanks again to all the coaches and Konpeki for making such a great community resource :]

I'm a proud student of the Immortal Roadmap Program, huge shoutout to Coach evaD who was pretty much my personal coach for the whole duration of the program. I hit gold 2 for my rank reset and got back to diamond 3 over the course of 3 weeks. I was a killjoy/viper main and only played those two characters. I went through a very different experience compared to other students because I wanted to improve myself in other aspects as I was very limited in terms of my agent pool, so I was determined to learn how to be a controller on every map.

Through IRP I was able to learn different controller agents and improve in a way that I could play them on a higher level as starting from scratch on agents I wasn't comfortable with means a lot of hesitation and downtime for decision-making. I managed to overcome that quickly and learned to think on my feet quickly, adding Omen and Brim to my agent pool pretty easily. My KD ratio has increased a lot and my headshot percentage had jumped from average 18% to almost hitting 25% on average. As a huge support main, I don't focus on KD and I mainly focus on my impact on the game. The program made my perspective change so much and even as a support main, I'm still the main character and at the end of the day, I decide on the outcome of my games. I went from a passive player to learning to be aggressive when needed and backing out to ensure the round win. Make your plays and take your risks, you'll never know if it'll work until you try it. IRP has helped me so much as a player, I'm genuinely so grateful I had the chance to experience it.
