Immortal Roadmap Program

I‘ve been playing Valorant for about 1 1/2 Years before joining IRP and I was struggling to get out of ascendant for almost 9 months. I have never received professional coaching before so I was kinda sceptical at first. That all changed though as soon as I started working with evaD and the rest of Konpekis team.
We started working on my personal strenghts and weaknesses in our 1on1 coaching sessions. VOD reviewing was definitely the number 1 thing helping me out the most. Getting your plays highlighted and analysed by someone else who already has a lot of expirience, puts a new light on everything you do ingame.
I started implementing the changes to my gameplay and I reached a new peak rank only 9 days into IRP. After the rank reset in episode 7 I went from diamond 1 straight to Immortal. I‘m not saying IRP is like a miracle, you will still need to put in the work and grind the game to become a better player, however I couldn‘t have done it without their help. Huge shoutouts to evaD and the other coaches, they work tirelessly to help you achieve your goals and they are with you every step of the way. I can‘t thank these guys enough.

Aside from the coaching, I‘ve made alot of great friends ever since I joined, and the community feels more like a family to me now. I am proud to call myself an IRP Graduate and for everyone who is still sceptical about joining I can only tell you to at least try it out.
Even if you don‘t see immediate results, you are getting lifetime access to the IRP website, where every single lesson is posted. I have never seen that amount of detailed information and recources about the game anywhere else.

In conclusion: I was holding myself back by not accepting the fact that I wasn‘t getting any better on my own. Sometimes, a little help is all you need to grow as a player. I am now confident in myself and have all the tools at my disposal to be the best version of myself, all thanks to Konpeki and the IRP Team. Thank all you guys again. <3

IRP blessed my 2 year hardstuck Silver soul with a wealth of VOD Lessons, Group Lessons, and (most importantly) 1-on-1 VOD Reviews. Every coach in IRP has unique insights and lessons to help you improve in every aspect of your gameplay. They provided me with personal routines to train my movement, aim, and utility usage. Taking you through the basics and fundamentals, all the way to niche situations and quirky ideas to run through with whichever agent you want to play with. All the coaches there are more than happy to share their knowledge and setups. They've changed me from a quiet bottom fragger, to a top-fragging igl. The amount of improvements you can see in yourself from IRP is extraordinary!

If you asked me a month before I joined IRP that I'd be Platinum and KNOWING Diamond was not just a possibility but an eventuality for me, I'd say you're crazy. That's the power of IRP.

I had been playing Valorant for a year prior to joining IRP. I never really had anyone around to give me tips to help me improve so I struggled a lot. But around early 2021, I came across Konpeki’s YouTube channel and his content was very informative and helped me a lot with my climb.

Around episode 5 was when I had reached Diamond 3 and decided to join the IRP. Since then, I haven’t looked back. This program helped me improve a lot of my weaknesses. Whether that’d be, my decision making skills, movement, and most importantly, confidence. I really loved how helpful and insightful all of the coaches were. But the coaches who I really enjoyed the most were Coach Day, M1sfit, and evaD.

Not to mention that, the community has to be the best I’ve ever seen. I get along with everyone and everyone has a good sense of humor and are really kind. There’s always someone who is willing to help you, whether or not it’s related to Valorant. Overall, IRP is the best community I’ve been apart of in any game that I’ve played.

I recently participated in the Immortal Roadmap Program, IRP. As an FPS gamer, I have been in Gold forever and the group lessons and 1-on-1 coaching were incredibly informative and helped me develop my skills as a Valorant player.

What stood out to me the most was the quality of instruction provided by pro coach, @comet. Their coaching style was very personalized, taking time to address my individual strengths and weaknesses and make informed decisions going into future matches.

In group lessons, @comet's expertise and enthusiasm for the game is contagious, always taking time to explain high-level concepts in a way that boils them down to ranked but also gives insight into pro-level thinking. At the end of each lesson, all the coaches were always approachable, patient, and willing to answer any questions we had, which made the learning process go very smoothly and often meant running far over time for extra learning. Shoutout to head coach @evaD who is always putting in extra effort and hanging out with the students to make us feel at home.

Overall, I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their skills in Valorant. Especially the group lessons and coaching provided by @comet. They were exceptional, and I am confident that anyone who participates in IRP will see significant growth in their abilities as a player.

"The IRP is a great place to expand your knowledge of gaming, from understanding how each map works all the way to the fundamentals. Everything is covered, starting from someone who has never played an FPS on a computer to someone who can play it competitively. The community is great, from the friendly banter during scrims to discussions about the animals we own. The coaching that you get is amazing, the whole nine yards. The classes were not boring because we didn't just sit there for two hours and talk about how to do something. They engaged with us and asked questions to help us learn, rather than just force-feeding us information like a school would. My favorite coaches were Randomnoob EvaD , M1sfit, and Day. RandomNoob for his astounding insight on mentality and communications, Misfit and Day for their friendly banter during scrims, and EvaD for his knowledge about utility usage. The rest of the coaches were amazing to work with as well. Thanks to the IRP community for having the mentality of trying to get better at a game we all love. For anyone who wants to join IRP, I really do recommend it. The 5 ranks are true. I went from Bronze 2 to Gold 1 during that time. I am still growing as a player to this day. If you do join, I can't wait to meet you in scrims and have a great time."

The community is super helpful, outstanding experience, (you would benefit more if u were NA cause most of the members are, so u would have much more fun).
