Professional driver, excellent customer support
I recently booked my first ride with Imperial Ride in the Rolls Royce Phantom for my family and teen. The customer support was superb, and every question I threw at them, they answered! Our driver, Farooq, was extremely professional, and although he couldn't park directly outside our house, I received a call shortly explaining where he was parked. The drive went very smoothly without any delays, and I got the destination in a quicker time than I thought! Don't look anywhere else to book your chauffeur for any special occasion!

Our experience with imperial ride has been great!
Our experience with imperial ride has been great.
We booked them to take our parents to The Savoy hotel in London for their wedding anniversary. The driver was so polite and lovely. There was traffic so the driver did arrive 45 minutes late and we was told that they would allow for traffic so this was slightly annoying but mum and dad were unaware so this didn’t affect their experience.
Would definitely recommend and would use again!

Perfect airport transfer
Second trip using Imperial and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Driver arrived on time (in fact a little early which is reassuring) and was friendly and polite. Car was, once again, immaculate. A great experience.

Hi, I am surprised to see your comment. As you know, the reason for my calls was your payment was declined, and later on, you said you would transfer via bank transfer; we still honored your booking and provided you service, 6 hours past we still didn't receive your payment, I was going to release the chauffeur earlier. But just because you left your bags in the vehicle. We waited 6 hours for you. I am shocked to see your comment even though you have not paid for your service. We have sent you multiple emails for the payment, and If we don't receive it on the mentioned date, we will take legal action.
Transportation from Heathrow
Professional service, i will not hesitate to use them agsin.

Disappointed long term customer
I am a long term - very happy - customer with Imperial Ride. This morning I wrote some Emails for asking for a today quote for an airport transfer, no answer received. Then I called and was promised to get my quote within a short time. Nothing received. Called again and they told me now it's too late and I should search another company which is nearer to the airport.....
REALLY?
I told them in time for a quote and reservation and now it's too late and I have to run around finding another service.
I don't know what happened to the perfect service from Imperial Ride.
A disappointed customer

Pls check your emails from this morning, I sent at 08:24, 11:03 and 12:08 and I called you 2 times and talked to a guy, who promised to send me the quote by mail and then told me it's too late (at approx. 13:00).

Brilliant service and would highly recommend to anyone! Our driver was Nazeer Nuri who was professional and kind. My wife and I needed a driver for our wedding day and we were late for our booked time but our driver patiently waited for us and the Imperial Ride team kindly waived any waiting charges as a wedding gift.
