Imperial Ride hat meinen älteren Onkel sicher und komfortabel von Deutschland nach London gebracht. Der Fahrer war pünktlich, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Fahrzeug war sauber und luxuriös, und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Preise waren fair und transparent – keine versteckten Kosten.

Booking was extremely easy online. I had a very last minute booking with an area I was not familiar with in Brighton UK, the representative I spoke to was so helpful with making sure I got everything I needed. Communication was quick and easy. The drivers were on time, professional and friendly.

We ended up renting a 19 seater Mercedes Benz sprinter. It had very comfortable seats, was very clean and smelled great. My team was happy with our rideand we will be using Imperial car service for any future travels.

Really weird driver who kept rash driving and I was scared for life because apparently the sunlight was too much for him and glared into his eyes :)) and he forgot his sunglasses. Moreover, the company doesn’t accommodate requests anymore. Previously, they were great.

I use the service regularly to ferry my 90 something parents from Yorkshire to my home in central London and back. It's reliable, friendly and professional. I really appreciate the support.

Booking was easy online. Staff was communicable via email as well as text. Vinny was an exceptional driver. Extremely courteous, professional and friendly. The car was immaculate. Quite happy with our ride and we will be using Vinny for any future travels that require a car.

Excellent and courteous driver arrived ahead of time to ensure we were at LHR in plenty of time. Everything about the car, the ride, and the driver was perfect.

Spoke to Imperial on the phone before doing the booking online. The gentleman on the phone was most helpful.
Done the booking with no issues at all, was kept informed during the week with everything that was happening during the week.
Car was upgraded complimentary due to original car going into workshop.
Vincent our driver smartly dressed and well spoken arrived way before the time requested and waited patiently.
Everything went off without a hitch.
The question is would I use imperial rides again? Without a doubt most definitely.

Professional and very friendly . We had a journey from Dubai to Abu Dubai and the driver was kind and friendly. Offering advice on various things to see and do whilst explaining aspects of the Arabian culture.

My driver Vincent was friendly and professional. We chatted easily during our trip from Heathrow to Primrose Hill. He navigated the exit from the airport effortlessly and proved very safe and knowledgeable in the following drive to my destination. I was very pleased and would highly reccomend.

Aliza the driver is the best taxi driver I’ve used - she is very thoughtful and courteous and has the highest quality and cleanest baby seat I’ve found in any taxi. She is very thoughtful and professional - I would use her for every taxi journey if I could. 5*.

Great comms and all went very smoothly

The driver came early and was very friendly. The drive to the airport was smooth and relaxing.

Have used Imperial for some time as a fairly regular customer. Had one bad experience where the driver went to the wrong initial address for an important day in July, but decided to use them again after correspondence with them, given the solid track record prior to that. After last night's experience, I won't be doing that again - >£300 for a ride from Stansted to London, only for the driver to not be in the arrivals hall when we arrived and to (rudely) tell us to wait outside 'at the pick-up point'; this 'pick-up point' was unspecified, so we followed the 'meet and greet' signs and sent him details and a picture. After waiting in the cold, he eventually calls and says we went to the 'wrong' place (which is when I reaffirmed he should meet us at the arrivals area - I'm paying for a professional driver, the stress-free experience is the whole point for me; I can otherwise use a much more reasonably priced app). We then went back to the arrivals hall where he finally deigned to meet us, showing me where the 'pick-up point' outside is for next time - but there won't be a next time with Imperial for me. An Exec Uber cost £110 when we checked last night (a third of what we paid for Imperial) and would have been a far superior experience.

I wanted to thank Imperial Cars for the seamless booking of your fantastic wedding car and the 7 seater van for my daughter's big day on Sat 31st August. All went very well on the day.

In particular, the drivers Israrullah and Amir were punctual, courteous and pleasant and everyone, especially the bride, enjoyed the short drive to the wedding venue.
