I bought a car from Oliver at Imperials, part exchanging my car. Oliver and his colleagues were at all times courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and the process was smooth and on time. It was the first time I have bought from Imperials and the quality of the service and the stock would make me happy to do so again without hesitation. Do go and see them!

Firstly I would like to say I was made to feel very welcomed upon arriving to imperials, I was quickly greeted by Jim who had helped me through the purchase of my new Bentley. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. The purchase of the car went very smooth, although the car has a minor issue he is currently working to get this sorted for me. Would highly recommend Imperials for my next purchase!

On entry into the Chelmsford showroom a warm welcome awaited us and an air of calm professionalism was immediately apparent.
I decided to buy a Range Rover after a good test drive of the car which was very well prepared for the hand over.

I did alot of research and travelling before I could make a decision to buy my audi a8.
One place all the way to Chelmsford which is about an hour 20mins from where I live, I found the perfect dealer with the perfect people.
Jake explained about the car and he tried his best to give me the best deal, Warren took care of the finance, but no doubt the perfect service and support.
If you ever decide to travel to Imperials, you will not be disappointed.

Made initial contact, dealt with Jake in Chelmsford, who explained every step of my transaction, answered all of my questions (which there were a lot regarding the vehicle), he couldn’t of been more helpful and made the transaction smooth and so simple. I’ve even called after the sale and still deals with my query with such efficiency, which is quite a rare after completion of a sale. This company looks at the long game, (not just the “quick sale , not interested anymore”), so I will definitely be using this company again when I want to purchase another vehicle

Dealing with Kevin over the phone and in person is a pleasure. What you need to know when you need to know it on the ball and honest. Couldn’t ask for better service i would highly recommend imperials to anyone looking for outstanding cars and amazing service.

Bought a Range Rover from Imperials last year, decided to leave a review for a while in case something subsequently went wrong. It hasn't, the whole experience was great - good communication, realistic and honest approach to px and end result was a great car!
