We engaged the services of Impram Building Services to complete a level 3 survey for a property we are purchasing. On first contact, Onour explained the different types of surveys available. It took just one week from the initial quote to survey report. Onour was able to arrange the date/time of the survey quickly and a thorough detailed report has been given.

Level 3 survey
Onour did a Level 3 survey for our house and his report was of high standard and sent to us within a very short time.
He has been extremely helpful and responsive, and we are very grateful for all the advice he has given us. We would absolutely recommend his services to anyone.

Exceptional service and skill
Onour did our level 3 house building survey and was exceptional. His skill as a surveyor, responsiveness and willingness to help has made the whole process of buying our first home much easier. Whenever we had challenges he has advised and recommended courses of action that have really helped. We would recommend him every time!

Professional, Diligent and Proactive
Onour was very professional, diligent and proactive in securing a quick date with the agent to do the survey. I went for the level 3 report, which was very detailed and well presented. Highly recommended Impram service!
