The Customer Service Representative we spoke with was wonderfully helpful and clear. She helped us submit our order manually when the website wasn't working properly. Her clarity and patience was a delight to work with. She helped turn a frustrating experience into one that was straightforward and simple. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

I have to say, Nerry has done an absolutely stellar job helping me with my issue. Start to finish, helping all the way. Five starts for Nerry.
I find the Imprint Plus website to be 'messy' and I had no idea I needed to go through so many steps to get metal plates printed. What if there was a radio button on the order screen that indicated a company has artwork on file and to use that? Would cut out a lot, lot, lot of headache. A mid-cost shipping option would be nice, too...cheap and slow vs. fast and expensive???There has to be something better.
