Great experience, they took the time to understand our business, our market, and what we were trying to achieve before making recommendations. The whole process felt clear, professional, and well managed.

I have found my experience work with this company to be first class and has produced some quality leads.

We ran a three-month pilot with Inboxx to test whether outsourcing email campaigns would support our FY26 sales strategy. The volume of emails and open rates have been impressive, and we’re now seeing concrete results with demos being booked into our sales team’s diaries. A very positive start.

Inboxx have delivered us a lot of leads, they are providing solid lead generation support to our business. I recommend.

I paid for 3 months activity at a cost of around £2500 and despite the company releasing me from my contract early, as I was unhappy with the service, they have delivered zero results with a handful of replies to the emails they sent and I was only sent 2 of these replies, one of which was a client I was already speaking to.

Lander Tubular Products have been using Inboxx for about nine months to help generate sales leads within industries we are targeting. The support from the Inboxx team has been superb with regular meetings and updated stats on a weekly basis.
The leads have resulted in several meetings with potential new customers and RFQs for which we are hoping to be awarded with the business.
Special mention should go to Eleanor Ritchie who has managed our account, her support has been fantastic and she is a credit to the Inboxx team.

Not recommended. I worked with Inboxx for lead generation — €1500/month — and got zero results. Despite poor performance, they refused to cancel the agreement early. They also skipped scheduled delivery calls. Overall, disappointing experience. Would not recommend working with this company.

The team at Inboxx have done a great job. Tyler has been delivering on the promise of providing leads at a steady rate over the two months we have been working together. I think the fact that we have built some background awareness through social media advertising and our own campaigns on LinkedIn has helped to enhance the success of the email outreach. Whether it would've been as successful without this background marketing, I don't know. Bottom line is it's working for us!

Good communication but feel that the targeting of hospitality businesses needs refining

Professional team that generates 5-8 opportunities per month with minimal effort required for setup and zero effort for maintenance.

Good service - we work in a highly saturated market and in fairness the team have generated some good leads. The quality can be hit and miss but that's the same as the majority of sales processes. We were quoted x4 times the price by another company, I seen zero difference in their offering. 100% worth a go I would say.

The consistent follow up, and determined focus on my success was evident. The team never failed to check-in, calibrate, and keep track of our targets week in - week out. I look forward to continue working with them to help me grow and expand the reach of my business.

I spent a year trying to reach out to people for my 3D visualization studio with no luck.

At first, I thought Inboxx's emails were spam and deleted them. After receiving a few more, I replied. We exchanged emails, had a Google Meet, and decided to give them a shot.

In just one month, I had two successful meetings with new potential leads.

Inboxx's communication, especially in our quick video meetings, is excellent.

Bunch of spammers sending unsolicited e-mails, don't trust them when they can't comply to GDPR. "Edited" In-boxx has complained to Trustpilot about my review asking for more info like an order number ? The review is about unsolicited emails not an order.

A huge thank you to the fabulous team at Inboxx for their proactiveness and support when we have needed an additional pair of hands around our Lead Gen campaigns.
