If it weren't for Eva

If it weren't for Eva, with her infinite patience and understanding, I would be in a terrible situation. I am 76 and I have worked on computers for over 40 years and upgrading my sister in-laws machine, a new unit to Windows 11 and for first time I really screwed it up and lost all of her passwords and the hard disk from the original 15 year old Win10. I never mess up and I certainly did it royally. Thank You Eva, now I just have to wait two days for Google to send me a link and I should be well on my way to success.

I have used inbox.com for over 10 years with no problems at all. Lately, I had difficulty with my bank in making my recurring payment. Customer care at inbox was understanding and helpful. They responded quickly to my concerns and offered ideas to correct the situation.

There will always be the occasional problem with any tech service. What is important to me is the support I receive when I need help.
This is where Eva from inbox.com excels, with a quick response and continuous communication until to matter is resolved, even with a 10 hour time difference. Dismiss the one star reviews from before 2023.

Customer support ALWAYS responsive

Customer support has ALWAYS been very responsive. This e-mail service was purchased from a company based in Boca -Raton, FLA by a company in Norway probably about 10 years ago, now. The user interface and extent of services have been completely different. However, customer service has been wonderfully helpful, responsive and interpersonally consistent over that period.
