If it weren't for Eva, with her infinite patience and understanding, I would be in a terrible situation. I am 76 and I have worked on computers for over 40 years and upgrading my sister in-laws machine, a new unit to Windows 11 and for first time I really screwed it up and lost all of her passwords and the hard disk from the original 15 year old Win10. I never mess up and I certainly did it royally. Thank You Eva, now I just have to wait two days for Google to send me a link and I should be well on my way to success.

Customer support has ALWAYS been very responsive. This e-mail service was purchased from a company based in Boca -Raton, FLA by a company in Norway probably about 10 years ago, now. The user interface and extent of services have been completely different. However, customer service has been wonderfully helpful, responsive and interpersonally consistent over that period.
