Can’t recieve any refunds back to card they providing to you.

Its a scam company. Block my money and ask video with phone, adres for my Algo non custodian wallet ...

This is a super app for anyone who deals with money on a daily basis. You can quickly top up your account, send transfers, or check your balance. It’s convenient that there’s a full history of all transactions, so nothing gets lost. I’m also really happy about the cryptocurrency support — that’s something you don’t often see. Highly recommended!

I have been using this app for 5 months so far. The verification process is quick and support team responds even faster. Unlike other apps, reaching support here is stress-free

I like this app. I use it instead of another similar app W... to send money to my other bank card outside of Europe. The conversion rate seems good, and I feel like it's actually cheaper, than using W... for this specific case. I also used it to convert EUR on my Polish Millenium, since that bank has a really bad conversion fee. I simply sent a SEPA to IN1 and then transferred via card number to my Polish card. Overall I paid only 1% fee for a card transfer.

I had a great experience with IN1 overall, new referal program seems decent to me. All the services working great the main advantage for me is that the support team are leaving human being not some AI stuff, respond fast and helped resolve all my issues.

Highly recommend.

I've using it for spend my crypto coins in different countries with apple pay or by SEPA when it needed. I don't care about exchange my money some gray schemas etc. Just use this official bank and have opportunities to spend my crypto without any problems.

Comfortable application.
I liked the way it looks and works, very convenient. Also, had some issues, but the support fellas react pretty fast, and it makes the cooperation very pleasant.

My most appreciated part of this app is their customer care team. I’ve recently left a 4 star review for Wise, which is a much more advanced product, but their support is super hard to reach in some cases, and not remotely close in terms of empathy and willingness to help to the IN1 one.
App still has some bugs, but the fact that team is working on improvements is obvious and you can see the progress. Finna test the newly added referral system, been waiting for it for a while now.

Highly recommend!

I've been using this app since November 2024. The onboarding was very smooth and fast. The interface is very intuitive. For those who are new to crypto, it's very easy to adjust as the crypto part of the app looks almost identical to the EUR/USD.
I like that IN1 has integration with open banking and offers many other ways to top up the balance. It makes the process of moving funds very easy.
The customer support is fast and easy-going. No chatbots as you can see nowadays on almost any other app.
The app is still relatively new, so it takes time to get connections joining IN1. As IN1 grows, I expect to use peer-to-peer transfers more, as those are totally free not only for EUR/USD but also for crypto.

The best app for exchange and using crypto with fair fee and trusty experiences

The service is really good, I used it for a year. But at one point I got blocked. My funds in the amount of 3100€ were blocked today. They sent me a letter by mail, I already started collecting the necessary statements. But then they wrote to me that service was denied and they do not need these documents. But they still have my money 3100€. They tell me that I need to wait up to 30 days. There is no transparency, I do not know why I was denied service. And when will I get my funds back.

P.s. When I get my money back I will change my rating. I understand that it is their service provider that is to blame, not in1 itself. Since the service is really the best on the market.

The best financial app, very convenient, fast and easy

Depositei o meu dinheiro no banco in1 com confiança, mas, para minha surpresa, a conta foi bloqueada pouco tempo depois, sem qualquer aviso prévio ou explicação clara. Já se passaram mais de 6 meses e ainda não consegui aceder nem levantar o meu próprio dinheiro. O apoio ao cliente é inexistente ou extremamente ineficaz, e as respostas que recebo (quando recebo) são vagas e sem qualquer solução concreta.

Esta situação causou-me prejuízo financeiro e emocional, e continuo à espera de uma resolução.
Não recomendo a ninguém depositar dinheiro nesta instituição até que mostrem transparência, respeito pelos clientes e capacidade de resolver os problemas que criam.

very convenient service, low commissions

Don't even try to have a deal with in1. They locked my account, i already send them my statement, id photo, selfie with id and piece of paper, another selfie. 1 MONTH they just do nothing and my money is blocked. UKRAINIAN SCAM! Avoid them!

Заблокували рахунок ще як 24 лютого.Запросили в мене підтвердження моїх доходів що я їм і надала, кошти заблоковані не можливо з цього нікчемного банку їх вивести.Підтримка тільки і вводить в оману, що їх відділ вже все розглянув але в них якісь труднощі.Не розмію які труднощі в розгляді моїх документів це жах.Я не рекомендую мати справи взагалі з цим банком 19 день очікування.Буду звертатись в понеділок до своїх юристів для подачі справи в суд бо тут явно присутні шахрайські дії.
