I’ve been using P100 for over a year now and have never had a problem. I had to switch from another bank due to poor customer service. P100’s support is always helpful, and I’ve always been taken care of immediately. I fully recommend P100, especially if you work with crypto. You won’t find a bank as good as this one.

The backend support is excellent and highly reliable. I sincerely thank Matthieu and the P100 team for their fast responses and strong support for my business.

My account was closed a while ago. I don't know why. I had money in my account. When I emailed support, I didn't get any response. I messaged support several times but they still didn't respond. They are thieves and stole my money.

Catastrophic support. I opened the account in September 2024 and unfortunately have not yet received a physical debit card. Furthermore, in April the amounts were incorrectly posted twice to me three times. I was assured by p100 that the amounts would be credited back. As of today I haven't received any credits yet...:-(

This app crypto wallet have a lot of issues resulting in you losing your money their support team is useless and can't solve anything. Bad experience!!!

I've been using P100 for my personal needs, and it's been super helpful. The app is super simple and swapping or exchanging is smooth with lower fees than other services I’ve tried. Any minor issues I’ve had were quickly resolved by their support team, which is great.

Bonjour j'ai effectué deux virements sur mon compte p100 l'argent n'a jamais été crédité sur mon compte et vous avez décider de clôturer mon compte.
Mon expéditeur n'a jamais reçu les fonds alors j'aimerais récupérer les fonds car le compte de mon expéditeur a été bloquer donc impossible pour lui de réceptionner les fonds.

Seit dem 18.03 absichtlich eine doge Auszahlung von mir zurück gehalten.
An dem Tag ist das dogecooin Netzwerk wohl in Wartungsarbeiten gegangen. Davon wusste ich persönlich nicht sonst hätte ich ltc gekauft. Die coins waren schon erworben in meinem Konto, wollte sie dann an ein externes Wallet schicken.(Wie jedes Mal)
Da aber Wartungsarbeiten waren und die sich um 3 Tage gezogen haben. Stand die Transaktion als ausstehend. Bis heute!!! Jeden Tag dem Support geschrieben, jedes Mal die gleiche vorgefertigte Antwort. Das sie sich kümmern. Wollen den Kursanstieg nicht bezahlen.
