We are New Zealand's first 100% Organic certified coffee roastery. We source our coffee directly from high altitude, shade-grown organic coffee plantations, mostly from Peru. The result: a great coffee with a bush to cup integrity and quality assurance. Choose Organic certified coffee, for a better quality cup, a better environment, carbon reduction and better outcomes for local communities. Each coffee variety and origin is traditionally drum roasted to its ideal profile. We blend each type of coffee after roasting. We rest the coffee for at least a day to degas and package in high barrier film so that the coffee can degas and develop its flavour further, without staling due to moisture and air exposure.

Excellent service for a quality coffee bean. Have been using INCAFÉ beans for 4 years now. Been given other brands to try but Marin is hard to beat.

Very efficient service and easy to communicate with. Fast delivery of coffee and the best decaf I have found. Also good for the environment in being shade grown, organic and in compostable packaging. Fair trade too!
