It’s ok. They have way too many people signed up so it’s very difficult to find work outside of December . Half the time the job descriptions are not accurate so you could sign up to do car tending and do nothing relating to bar tending . Also you can get sent home after 4 hours even though you signed up for a shift that may be 6-8-10-12 hours long and the venue faces no repercussions and you receive 0 compensation . Essentially the work isn’t really flexible or available you have no power . This review is written after 10 months of experience and honestly balanced

Indeed flex is a great opportunity if you want the flexibility.
When i do not get enough hours in my regular place, i always pick up some shifts.
The payment is always on time and you can even withdraw half of your earning after you finish,
I have been with indeed flex a few years and never had an issue.

Indeed flex would have gotten my 5-stars but for the entry interview it’s too strict and the interviewers make it too difficult to get on board despite the jobs are quite easy as it requires little or no experience. I am saying that from the experience my friends and I had during our interviews.

Work when you want to, great pay and all the support you need. Lots of offers and benefits. If you have any problems they will sort it out. Plenty of work to.

I think their is limited shift work, Not ideal if you want to work full or part time consistently but good if you want some temporary work on very short notice.

It’s been amazing with Flex for past 3 years I have been with them in the UK, Flex is what I called a safe heaven. Flex has been helping me with job or when I’m short hours in my regular place of work. I will recommend it for anyone in the UK

I really like the fact that you're able to get some work around your area but being a gold flexer there are not many opportunities or extra incentives in terms of money because youre being puntual and well performing yet dont get variety of shifts at different locations all week long.

There is never enough driving job shifts. Plus they hound you to agree to a shift 48hrs before you start but they can cancel a shift 2-3 hours before you start the job and you don’t receive any compensation for changing your whole plans
