Best connection is a reliable agency the name speaks for itself actually it's my first agency working with them makes me fill happy because day are straight forward day pay on time day don't give story when it is pay day all the people I refired has never have a bad experience as for me I really love working with them

I am currently working with The Best Connection (TBC) agency in Glasgow, and I honestly cannot praise their services highly enough.

From the amount of work available to the excellent communication and flexibility they offer across several of their clients, the service has been outstanding. Linzi, Marion and the rest of the office team are always on the ball, keeping drivers informed, accommodating our needs and ensuring there is plenty of work available for everyone.

One of the biggest positives for me personally is the pay. Having worked with agencies in the past, I can honestly say that I have never worked for one that pays as well as TBC.

It is refreshing to work with an agency that values its drivers, communicates so well and makes you feel like more than just a number. I feel genuinely privileged to be part of their workforce and would highly recommend The Best Connection Glasgow to any driver looking for a reliable, professional and well-paying agency.

Awful treated like crap avoid. Also had my time wasted. When first go with them all goes well then end up in a dead end with no work because they mucked up no communications and no support. Protect your peiece and stay away honestly.

Usual crap i though these may be different. Do what the agencies do! For example srearch for Haulage companies in crawley then look for contact details and send your CV to them with a brief cover letter do the same for all areas and sectors simple ive had many companies come back i now had to choose the one I want.
Agencies are middle men who charge a lot and pay you peanuts to you without a guarantee thats why theres so many popping up everywhere earning money off your back. Do this thank yourself good luck 🙂

I have been very connected and helped to find good work from Dan at the Tamworth branch.

Went to apply for a job and register and was asked to provide ID. I selected the 'passport' option and it came to my attention that I had lost my passport however I had different forms of ID. I couldn't change the selection so I tried to make contact and I was ignored and my application ended up being rejected. Since then I have consistently been rejected almost immediately and "best" connection never even bothered trying to resolve the issue. Quite possibly the worse agency I've ever dealt with.

After a very difficult time personally. I contacted Vikki to ask to come back to work as I had retired. Vikki has been absolutely amazing, not only giving me plenty of work but checking in with me to make sure I am ok. I am in my 60's and went with my walking stick and Nigerian wife, also in her 60's and went to The Best Connection in Milton Keynes. White lady answered the door to us and was completely unhelpful and lied saying no point in either of us registering with them as they have no jobs and it is very quiet and no prospect of any work coming in to the agency for several months. White lady got rid of both of us in under 30 seconds. Both ageism and racism shown which are illegal.

I worked for best connection for 7 months before being taken on full time by Litchfield coucil. They are a great company to work for never had any problems and a thank you to neil at best connection walsall

The Best Connection is a company that genuinely cares about its employees. I am currently working with them at Wren Kitchens in Scunthorpe, and recently I was experiencing pain in my hand. My supervisor informed the agency, and they quickly arranged for me to work somewhere else so that my hand could recover.

Ligita has always been very caring and regularly checks in to see how I am doing. This made me feel valued and important, and it shows how much The Best Connection appreciates and recognises its employees.
I also want to say that all the staff at The Best Connection are fantastic, especially Ligita, Paula and Alex, who are the people I have worked with. I really appreciate all their support and professionalism.
