Speedy solution to my problem nice gentleman fixed my problem

Engineer extremely nice and professional. But between getting through to people and eventually paying it took way to long unfortunately. To many phone numbers.

I give top marks to the engineer from whirlpool Indesit, had a fault with my condenser dryer, due to lack of knowledge on my behalf. Took 3 days for engineer to call but I was happy with that. But the service was excellent, he showed me how to protect my machine and was very polite and knowledgeable. Great service. Would recommend whirlpool Indesit products with that service. Well done.

Very easy to contact
The repair was registered and an engineer out to fix within a few days. My appliance broke on a Thurs so was just before the weekend

Had a problem with the dishwasher after being away for some time. It was still under warranty so I phoned retail outlet and they logged in a service request. Maintenance person arrived on time 2 days later and replaced the motor. Excellent maintenance person, Philip was extremely professional. Very happy with service. Thank you.

It so happened the family bought 2 identical cookers the same day. Indesit has been a trusted appliance brand in the family for decades so there was no doubt about our purchase. Unfortunately, one of the cookers had an issue, the main oven was not performing as it should, took almost 3 hours to roast a small chicken.
Went back to the retailer and voiced our disappointment about the issue because the other cooker was working perfect. The assistant told me not to worry, they would organise an engineer to come visit and see what the problem was.
The engineer has been here today and solved the problem! We have successfully cooked some chicken at the gas mark and time specified. Turns out it was a faulty burner that was causing the issue. The engineer was friendly and arrived on time. This issue hasn't changed our minds about the Indesit brand, I'm sure we'll have our cookers for years to come.

the help centre responded extremely quickly to my request for an engineer. Both the staff member with whom I had contact with initially, and, the engineer who called were extremely courteous and helpful.
