Professional and efficient service

We had different getting the right phone number to get in contact with the call centre.
Eventually a web chat gave us two more numbers to contact the office and from then on it was a fantastic service highly recommend having a service contact with your appliances.

Very quick to resolve problem and the engineer John was very nice and professional also fast to fix the washing machine

I had a problem with my Indesit dishwasher, I reported it to the retailer, within 30 minutes I had a call from Indesit and within 24 hours I had a visit from an engineer. The engineer, PJ, arrived within the time given and identified and resolved the problem. The service provide by Indesit was extremely swift and professional. Thank you.

Great and excellent repair man

Amazing service. Called on Thursday and the engineer arrived on Monday on time.
Communication was excellent, between the initial phone call to confirmation by email and text reminders along the way. Keep up the good work!

Jody came out to repair my washing machine. He was very friendly and helpful. He was punctual and efficient repairing the machine itself.

The technician was efficient polite and unfortunately the bearer of bad new not if his making . The product involved is not viable in a world after 2022.

l grew up with indesit appliances lasting a lifetime so when l gotmy own house l had no doubt, unfortunately the quality has gone way down. Brand reputation doesnt match the availability of replacement parts and quality if details. Bought a cooker and in less than 6 months broke twice and l never usedthe oven or all the rings. Took nearly 3 weeks to get HALF repaired as some replacement parts aren't available!!!! Tecnically a new machine completely useless. l prefer my air oven and Crockpot which l have been using a whole lot more than this cooker and costed me 10% of the price l OVERPAID for this useless piece of furniture. Giving it away now l can't stand it taking up space in my kitchen.
