My Indesit washing machine is 13 years old and looks new. I have had it repaired on three occasions and I am satisfied with the result.

I was hesitant to call for the repair of my tumble drier which wasn’t heating considering the prices these days but the lady on the phone was extremely helpful in registering me for the warranty, explaining everything and assuring the fact that I didn’t have to pay anything under my warranty. Best customer service experience i ever had I must say. I called on a friday and the appointment was booked for monday with 5-6 follow up messages in between to inform me of the booking. The engineer messaged me in the morning and 20 minutes prior to his arrival and literally fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes before I could finish my coffee. He accidentally poked a whole in the tube as he was working in the difficult tight space I provided him but ordered me a new one and acknowledged me about it which he could have easily left unnoticed. He was a gentleman, very professional, friendly and left the place as he found it + giving me some useful tips. Absolutely fantastic service from beginning till the end, must say I would buy the same brand again just for the service, literally can’t wait for my machine to break down again XD Highly recommend! Thank you once again!

My experience with Indesit service was superb. The company were fast to act, efficient and very professional. The service engineer sent me text updates and they arrived within the time specified. The engineer had my machine back up and running in super fast timing.

The very rapid time frame in which to assess the broken unit and offer a replacement machine because the old.one has a 10 year warranty and an extended insurance plan

5 star service from start to finish. We rang Whirlpool with an issue yesterday the 5th of June 2023, and they had an engineer out to use the very next morning. The engineer resolved the issue and also gave us some advice to prevent an issues from further arising.

Have few indesit devices like dryer, washing machine and last week had the first issue with one where it would not turn on.

I contacted the retailer as was told it was still under warranty and they got an indesit tech to come and look at it about 5 working days later.

Gerard was his name and he was absolutely excellent he had the problem diagnosed and resolved very quickly. He even cleaned up around the washing machine and gave me some great advise to get as long out of the machine as possible.

Overall very impressed with there machine and now there service too.
