Superb help from Kyle
I made a mistake purchasing off the site and thinking I had simply clicked through accidentally purchasing instead. I wrote in stating the silly but very expensive mistake I had made. Kyle was very helpful and after a few emails sorted the problem out, most appreciated.

Be careful of many charges
As soon as I put in my order - 5 charges showed up on my credit card!! Thank heavens my credit union saw them and blocked 3 of them. I still had to disputed 1 of them.

I could not fault my experience with this company. They were very helpful in refunding a subscription I had mistakenly signed up for and replaced tights at no additional cost as I had ordered the wrong size. Customer service was awesome.

Quality Customer Service
I placed my first order with Indestructible Tights recently. I was disappointed with the first pair of Navy tights I tried on when a rather large noticeable run appeared on the upper right thigh.
I contacted the company and Monica Davis replied to my comments. She went out of her way to ensure that my situation was corrected. She offered to send me a replacement pair of tights at no extra cost. She was prompt, polite and empathetic with all my contacts with her. I received my replacement tights this week and things are much better. It appears the first pair were perhaps defective.
I want to single Monica Davis out for her outstanding help in rectifying this situation to my satisfaction.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Indestructible Pantyhose! The quality is amazing, they’re comfortable, and they really do live up to their name. I’ve been extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service has been fantastic as well.
They even went above and beyond by sending me a replacement package—and I was pleasantly surprised to receive two packages instead of one! That was completely unexpected and incredibly generous.

I have bought several pairs
I have bought several pairs. The first a black pair has runs down the legs, and a hole in the middle seams area. The second was nude or beige, the seam in the front deraveled. And formed holes in the top of one foot. The third, well the dye black bled all over my legs and feet. Plus I had to fight to get that stupid VIP charge returned. These are not indestructible. I contacted customer service they sent me one pair as a replacement. I think this companies name is a lie, and they don't do any shapewear at all.

My experience has nothing short of…
My experience has nothing short of amazing. I ordered 3 pair of Tights earlier this year. One pair I pulled a hole in. I reached out and Indestructible shipped me a replacement pair. Well they never arrived because of shipping errors. I reached out again months later. I received my replacement pair two days ago. They have a customer in me for life. The customer service is impeccable.
