We initially had some reservations about using a mortgage broker but from the first meeting with Tom, he (and his team) exceeded all expectations. Communication was excellent, our questions were always answered quickly, and Tom was very accommodating with regards to meeting times. The whole process was stress free and we are so grateful for their support in buying our first home. We highly recommend the team.

Big thanks to Tom and his team. Our purchase ended up taking much longer than anticipated due to issues with our sellers onward purchase and this meant that our original mortgage offer expired and we were needing a new one. We sent the team a WhatsApp to let them know and they were straight into finding us a new offer which helped take the stress away. They’re very easily contactable, offer convenient timings for those who work a 9-5 and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you so much
