Delivery was delayed multiple times, would have been much better to use courier. Some irregularity of pattern intensity beyond which I’d view as acceptable for hand printing. Overall, lovely dress that will enjoy wearing

I ordered a blazer, top, and pants to match the top. The pants were not advertised for sale but they said they would make them for me. All items were made to my measurements. Iam pleased with the items received. The workmanship is excellent as is the fabric. The light-weight 100% cotton is exactly what I was looking for. The clothing looked exactly as pictured on the website. The only issue I had was the back rise of the pants. I provided a front rise measurements, but neglected to provide a back rise measurement. I am new to ordering tailored clothes from abroad and didn't realize that I should provide it. Customer service offered to remake them for the cost of production. This is a very fair resolution. Im already planning my next order. Time of order until delivery was approximately 1 month.

You have a very nice ordering process. I appreciate being able to get my dress lined, and the custom measurements are vital for me.

My dress arrived in the exact style and colors depicted. I loved the artistry of the block printing. The cotton was medium weight, not too sheer, not too heavy for summer. The sizing was as they indicated in their facebook advertising, and as I am an XXL, or XXXL, apple shape, I am not easy to fit. It fit just fine. It came with 3/4 sleeves which are nice for larger, older ladies such as myself and means the dress can be worn for at least three seasons in northern North America. I knew the dyes used would run when washed so on customer service advice I soaked it in heavily salted water for 30 minutes then rinsed several times. The rinse water still ran blue and I think that will happen a few times I wash it in the future. That is the nature of hand printed fabric. Very happy.

Got thin cotton light weight dresses for summer on time, before humidity hit. Love the quality and modest stiles. Even bought a blouse just because it's in stile. All in all new summer wardrobe to enjoy and stay cool throughout the summer.

I've shopped with Indophilia for a few years now, shipping both to the US and Thailand. Their work is always as advertised, with thin and airy cotton fabrics perfect for tropical weather. I find their size charts to be accurate, the alterations options are excellent, and their customer service is responsive. I definitely recommend!

Did not get my dress for weeks. But it has arrived, and I like the dress.

Beautiful fabric patterns but slower shipping than advertised, unhelpful customer service, and inaccurate returns policy on website. My experience: store credit returns only, refused to provide return shipping label, I paid all return and replacement shipping costs ($40), returns processed 2+ weeks and many follow up emails after they're received by the company.

Edited to add: screenshot emailed as instructed, it took several emails for customer service to agree to honor it but ultimately it was never shipped as promised.

The tailoring is superb and the cotton fabric comfortable for warmer climates. I like that I can customize the neckline, sleeves and length of the dresses. I hope to see more fabrics in different colors and patterns.

It's really wonderful that you can customize these dresses. I ended up with two beautiful dresses exactly how I wanted them.

EShakti comprised 90% of my closet for a decade before they deteriorated. I took a chance on Indophilia hoping they would fill their niche and was pleasantly surprised all around! My first purchase of a customized dress arrived 14 days from ordering and met all of my specifications. I'm very pleased with the fabric content, craftsmanship, price, and customization process. My only note is that I did not know it had shipped until it arrived. Timely shipping tracking would have made it a better experience.

You sent me the wrong size. Specially I bought two jackets both said size 16, but only one fit. The other was really a size 12. I sent photos, but I've been ignored. I asked for you to send me the right size. I am not going to let go of such costly experience.

Ordered 3 custom sized dresses. Beautiful fabrics, colors and prints. Fits perfectly. I noted in my order that my shoulders are narrower than the dimension i provided and they made the small adjustment. They offer to line the dress for a reasonable price and it's wonderful. Because they offered it, I figured that the dress fabric would be thin and see thru but the material was sturdy and probably didnt need the lining. Happy I got it though because it does protect from heat and sweet and will keep the dresses nice for a long time. I will be buying again in the future.
