Loved the blazer I had customized with my initials. The delivery was on time and the packaging was good.

I didn’t feel like my aunt would ever have any kind of choice with her 5xl measurement but indophilia has kinda empowered her now. Kudos!

I never received my clothes

I think we can get same product faster and elsewhere. Why suffer and pay for product that will not be delivered on time. If at all delivered. I am still waiting for my dress which has costed 2000/- for me.

I would never buy.
They haven’t delivered by order it’s been more than 1.5 months.
They do respond indicating, it will be delivered and they have a policy that the delivery time is 25 days after order received.
This timeframe keeps changing every time you message.

I purchased 2 dresses. One arrived which I love. The other one was never delivered. Where is it?

Ordered on March 25. Still haven't received my order. Said it was shipped April 20th - the tracking hasn't been updated since then

Wanted a few summer dresses before spring in NYC. ordered right in time and received them in perfect size and style!! Fabrics are organic and so breathable. My summer wardrobe is sorted!

The fit and POCKETS are great, the quality is excellent, and they were great about communicating when I had a question about delivery.

I ordered a custom sized dress and I got a size 12.

First order was fine. Second order has been pending for over a month now. Hard to get a response from them. No sight of a refund either. Would not recommend.

Placed my order on 14th March. Not recieved it yet. Terrible.

There customer service was very helpful, but the dress was slow to be made and ship. Still, I liked the dress when it arrived and will look forward to wearing it very much! I hope Indophilia keeps growing and increasing their modifiable selection.

It took two months to get my order. When I finally did get the order, the dresses are not sewn well to size. The pictures of the dresses I purchased on the website look very little like the dresses I bought. The fabric feels cheap and thin as well. Both dresses will be going to the Salvation Army unfortunately. I do not recommend this company.

The dress I ordered arrived in 2 months. It was the wrong fabric (clearly a jersey cotton when advertised as ponte knit), had a large stain on the shoulder, and was much shorter than expected. The return process so for has been smooth and I'm willing to give them another chance.

I would never order from this company again. I placed the order in Dec and didn’t get it until the end of March. There was no communication until I started sending multiple emails asking for an update or a refund. They said there was a fabric issue and they would ship soon with a freebie (never happened) I did finally get the dress but it was not worth the hassle or time it took.

I have not received my dress yet. It has been so long since I ordered it I forget what I ordered.

It's been almost a month and I haven't received my order yet. Still hoping it's not a scam.

I WAS ADVISED THAT MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE IN ALMOST A MONTH. I DO NOT LIKE TO WAIT THAT LONG, THAT IS WHY I CANCEL THE ORDER. IT WAS REFUNDED TO ME INMEDIATELY. BUT I DO NOT LIKE THINGS THAT IT WILL TAKE A MONTH TO ARRIVE,THANKS JUST THE SAME.
