Thr jumpsuit has a design flaw and cannot be worn by UK size 10 as the design of the dress is not okay - it was a gift and it was a waste 0 on 5

I ordered in January. It's now late March and I still haven't received anything. Starting to think this may be a scam.

I ordered and purchased a dress online . It said 2 to 3 days for dispatch. But now its been 14days and no sign of any dress. We cant even call the phone no. Given as it says switched off.all we get are some vague automated messages on whatsapp saying order in process .this is a fraud company.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a dress on January 22nd. The site said shipping would take 12-16 days. It is now March 6th, and I still do not have the dress. I requested a refund, many times, and was answered with vague assurances that my dress would be shipped soon. On March 1st, after another message from me asking for a refund, I got a message saying the dress had been shipped. I'm still waiting for it.

I ordered a custom sized dress from them. It took over a month for me to receive the dress. When I did, the fabric was very thin, the straps over the shoulders were uneven, they did not include the additional liner I paid for them to add, and the rest of the dress also fit poorly. When I attempted to return or exchange it, they denied my request after sitting on it for a week and said because it was a custom sized order, they would not accept any returns or requests.

I love the dress. It's a great fit and very cute. No issues at all.

I bought a black jersey dress. The fabric was as advertised. However, the dress was not made at all like the photo on the website. In the photo you can clearly see that the bodice is pieced to shape around curves and the skirt flares out dramatically from the waist. The dress I received was neither pieced nor flared. And, Indophilia has not responded to my request to return the dress and be reimbursed. Very disappointed.

Love my hand block printed dress! It came just as described and the measurements were perfect! I love that this is all cotton and made in India, with a beautiful traditional artists' technique. I was buying a sun dress for a casual wedding, and then I saw I could add on a matching shirt for my husband at a low price! We went to the wedding in matching outfits! Absolutely loved it.

Item shipped sooner than I thought! Wonderful option for those of us who were left in the dust by Eshakti. Very thankful this company was started with a similar business model. Will regularly replace my wardrobe from them:)

I love this company. I’ve bought a few dresses over the past year and look forward to purchasing more. I’m rather picky about fabric and theirs is very high quality; it washes beautifully, is pure natural fiber, and feels very comfortable against the skin. Pure fibers are much better for the environment and don’t shed microplastics every time they’re washed. Frankly, I honestly wonder if the few negative reviews I see here are actually from business competitors, because my personal experience couldn’t be better. My dresses arrived promptly, exactly as ordered, and are just what I needed. Did I mention many have pockets? Pockets that are actually deep enough to hold a big phone?? I love these people.

I love what I ordered. The fabrics are nicely printed and I like that they only print on cotton. The patterns are fab.

I got exactly what I ordered! It came quickly. Excellent quality. Amazing value. Use the website to really look at the style and measurements. I knew the style of dress I ordered had a skirt that I wanted to alter (less fabric around the waist to make it more flared) so now I have spare fabric and made a hair tie with it!

I ordered a beautiful indigo and red dress which came quickly through the mail. The dress is very well made, and fits wonderfully. The fabric is not too thin, and drapes nicely. I wore it to an Indigo exhibit at our local museum of folk arts and received a number of compliments! One thing I loved is that the package smells like India! (I traveled there about 10 years ago.) I will definitely shop with Indophilia again.
