They helped me diagnose and fix a problem with a chiller purchased from another company that had gone out of business. A+
I almost never leave reviews like this, but after a year of dealing with this company, I feel obligated to warn other small business owners.
We purchased an Inergize Cold Plunge to be a centerpiece of our wellness events. Instead, it has become one of the most expensive and frustrating business purchases we’ve ever made.
Our problems started immediately.
The unit arrived with incorrect parts, preventing us from even getting it operational for one of our scheduled events. That was our first lost opportunity, and unfortunately it set the tone for everything that followed.
Since then, the equipment has been plagued with ongoing problems.
We’ve dealt with constant filter warnings, repeated system failures, replacement parts, controller issues, and were even instructed to replace an electronic board inside the chiller ourselves. I’m a wellness practitioner and small business owner , not a chiller technician. A customer should never be expected to diagnose and repair a commercial product of this price.
Every time another issue appeared, we documented everything.
We sent videos.
We sent photographs.
We sent serial numbers.
We performed every troubleshooting step requested.
We replaced filters.
We restarted the system.
We followed every instruction we were given.
Yet the result was always the same: another email asking for more information, another technical review, another promise that the engineering team was evaluating the situation.
The responses became an endless cycle of:
“We’re reviewing…”
“Our technical team is evaluating…”
“Please send another photo…”
“Please send another video…”
“We need one more piece of information…”
Meanwhile, our business continued to lose revenue because we couldn’t confidently book events around equipment that simply would not operate reliably.
What makes this experience especially frustrating is that the company repeatedly acknowledged the impact this has had on our business while failing to provide a permanent solution. Sympathy is appreciated, but it doesn’t replace dependable equipment or recover lost revenue.
To make matters worse, we have continued making financing payments on a product that has never consistently functioned as advertised.
As a small business, every cancelled event matters.
Every disappointed client matters.
Every hour spent troubleshooting defective equipment instead of serving customers matters.
Customer service isn’t measured by how many emails are exchanged. It’s measured by whether a company stands behind its product when things go wrong.
In our experience, Inergize has chosen prolonged troubleshooting over accountability.
Instead of replacing what appears to be a fundamentally defective unit, we’ve spent months , and now years , participating in an endless support process that never seems to reach a resolution.
This experience also highlights a larger problem in customer service today. Companies increasingly rely on scripted, repetitive support workflows that create the appearance of responsiveness without actually solving the customer’s problem. Whether those responses come from automation or from employees following the same script, the result is the same: the burden is shifted onto the customer while the business continues waiting for a solution that never arrives.
If you’re considering purchasing one of these units for commercial use, ask yourself one question:
If this unit stops working, are you prepared to become the service technician while continuing to make payments on equipment that isn’t generating revenue let alone just operating?
We weren’t.
And after everything we’ve experienced, we cannot recommend this company or this product.

Super easy and quick a few emails and they figured out what part I needed . Shipped and gave me instructions to install. Back to the cold !
I purchased an Inergize cold plunge tub and it only worked for 11 months before I started having issues with the pump. What followed has been nearly two years of frustration and money wasted.
Here's the full breakdown:
— Replaced the water pump 3 times
— Replaced the vacuum pump once
— Have not been able to use this tub at all since July 2024
Back in 2024, each pump was around $120. I paid that. Repeatedly. The tub still never worked.
In 2024, Inergize's proposed solution was to have me purchase a replacement chiller for $2,000–$2,150 — which they offered as a discounted price for my inconvenience. I had already spent hundreds on replacement parts that didn't fix anything, and their answer was to spend thousands more.
Now in 2026 — nearly two years after I last used this tub — they have come back with one offer: buy the same vacuum pump for $300. The same part I already replaced in 2024 for $120. The same recurring problem that has never been resolved.
At no point has Inergize actually fixed the root problem. They have simply kept coming back asking me to spend more money on the same broken equipment.
If you are considering Inergize, please ask them in writing what their support process looks like when a product has repeated failures. Get it documented before you buy.
I am happy to update this review if Inergize makes this right. After two years, they have not.
Updated Review (06/2026): After nearly two years of the tub sitting unusable, Inergize did finally send a refurbished chiller at no cost. I appreciate that they came through with something after all this back-and-forth, and I'm updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars to reflect that.
That said, I want to be honest about the full picture: this is two years overdue. In 2024, their proposed fix was for me to pay $2,000–$2,150 for a new chiller — after I'd already paid for three water pump replacements and one vacuum pump replacement myself, none of which solved the problem. It took this long, and this much persistence on my end, before a real fix was offered at no charge.
I also haven't tested the refurbished chiller extensively yet, so I can't speak to its long-term reliability — I'll update again once I've had more time with it.
Bottom line: Inergize did eventually make it right, and I want to acknowledge that. But it shouldn't take two years and this much back-and-forth to get a working product. If you buy from them, get their support process in writing up front, and go in with realistic expectations about how long a resolution might take if something goes wrong.
