Sales person knew the product well. My only concern is that the price was somewhat flexible and I would’ve preferred a bottom line quote without having to negotiate. I am pleased with my choice.

Keith had the sales pitch down pat and good knowledge of the subject. I really had to laugh, when I was put on hold shortly several times, so he could check with "the bosses" to get an OK to upgrade. As for anything else with the Policy, I will reserve Judgement on how I am treated if I ever have to make a claim. Thank you.
