My object completely stopped working. I got it about a year ago. I have reached out multiple times to customer service, every email they have, and all social media pages. They will not respond. It’s almost as if they disappeared. I’m upset because I spent $325.00 on it. I want to support this company, but they aren’t providing any customer service now, and the objects seem to only be temporary.

I purchased a video frame 3 months ago.

The pins broke off the magnetic usb.

Been trying to contact them for a month for tech support or repair.

I’ve called, texted, emailed and looked for that chat icon that’s supposed to be at the bottom of their page.

Cool product, but zero way to reach support after purchase.

I purchased an infinite object that represents an animated aquarium. It worked well for about 8 months and cost around $250.00. When I travelled it was unplugged for about 10 days and when I plugged it back in, it is skipping and freezing. I have attempted to contact their customer support by email at t least three times as well as through text. They have not responded in any way.

I made an order on 5/24/25 in which they promise that the order will be shipped 5-7 business days. I have not received the order not have a received any response after contacting them multiple times.
Very disappointed. Don’t fall for this scam like I did.

After 1 day it doesn’t work right . The magnetic clip on charger doesn’t work. Can’t charge it properly.

Never trust a company with no US phone number. NEVER!!!

Got broken shipment

The plugin part is crap magnet slowly gets worn out and won’t last long term

They won’t replace their garbage product

Order was delivered. Instead this company decided to put another address that I did not place on my order. Therefore this company scammed me out of $104 there is no number to contact them. Buyers beware it's scam season

Excellent customer service and their products are amazing! I received one as a gift and bought three more to give this Christmas.

I've purchased 3 IO's now. After about 6 months, one screen developed green lines through the display. Customer Service was less than stellar. 6 months later, another screen goes defective, this time with burn-in. BURN IN on an infinite display doesn't sit well with me.
The second return Kevin from customer support first told me my item wasn't received (I guess he didn't check the tracking number first). It was received a week earlier. When I emailed Kevin back to let him know his mistake and that a refund to the original payment would be fine, he replied immediately with "A refund is out of the question." LOL. poor products. they go broke after 6 months. even poorer customer service. don't support.

Purchase was simple and a breeze.

Fast easy purchase and delivery i now own 3 of these objects they are all high quality and fantastic
