Support could be better more friendly and community oriented

I have always had great service and reliability with their systems. I maybe have had only a few small problems which their customer support resolved within seconds of responding. They are always very transparent to any updates downtimes or any reboots. I appreciate that.

I have been a customer of Iniz for several years now (since 2014). I've had nothing but good experiences from them. The VPSs I've had with them have always performed adequately, been very stable, network issues have been sparse and rare, and the customer support I have received has been reasonably timely, and always top notch.

As long as Iniz continues the good service that they have always provided me, they will continue to be on my short-list of recommended quality providers.

INIZ won't let me sign up because I won't provide proof of identity; even though I am paying with Paypal

I think they must be the only company to do this.

INIZ suspended my VPS and account without warning after I conducted a few speedtests (via speedtest-cli), they said that it was classified as a "DDOS" attack.

They then asked for a PICTURE of my credit card to reinstate my account which I thought was strange.

That being said, the VPS seemed to have the CPU and network performance that was advertised.

Edit: INIZ contacted me in attempt to coerce me into removing this review. I wouldn't trust the reviews on their website if they remove the negative ones.

Edit2: It's disgusting what they are accusing me of doing. I ran speedtest-cli ONLY, which, yes does generate a lost of momentary traffic, but I never ran any PERL dos script.

INIZ, if this is how you treat your customers then I feel sorry for you - lying won't get you anywhere. And it's also funny that you have removed any negative trustpilot review from the banner in your website.

Been a client for the last 5 years, this service is excellent. Affordable prices, extraordinary stability, fast support. Definitely recommend.

Price is cheap, services the bests.
I asked for an activation of Fuse on my debian server. Admin did it 2 minutes later.I only disagree on the fact that you need to send a pic of your credit card for fraud verifs.

I love the speeds, the fast support (like 1 min response), they are friendly. On my Sweden VPS I have a VPS with a HDD that has 600MB/s IO. I just love them. 1gbps port? On the download side I get 1.7gbps. I just ordered a Amsterdam Storage VPS for testing :)
