It simply does not do what they claim it does. When I connected my ebay accounts it does not show real time stock levels your account on ebay has 2500 listing inkfrog says 1950 you do a transfer of 50 only 10 go through the other 40 are now scheduled even though I selected immediate. Now my stock is stuck on Inkfrog and it just keeps adjusting the scheduled listing time. Absolute waste of time and money like many things now they say they can do what you want take your money and deliver very very poor service.

Michelle in support helped me when I had trouble with my eBay listings, moving from one account to another.
She resolved the problem gracefully and professionally.
You don't see this very often with companies.
Highly recommend for any company looking for eBay and Amazon. services

Ink Frog system changed hundreds of my listings eBay categories AGAIN and denied any possible responsibility: “It’s impossible for that to happen”.

That response (which is their mantra for all glitches) was the final straw for me after one year of wanting it to work. It was like a bad penny that just kept coming back.

Bottom of the barrel customer service not worth the headaches: I quit today, no regrets.

Customer support stopped responding after their system wont upload the listings from ebay.

I have been with this company since it began years ago! Their support is second to none! Always ready to answer a question or concern in a rapid amount of time. I ALWAYS list my Ebay selling listings right here, on INKFROG!!

Pretty useful to sync things between eBay and BigCommerce. Definitely saves a lot of time. Occasionally the interface of the app within BigCommerce is down, but they usually get to it within the same day or the next. 100% recommend.

Have been using Inkfrog for many years but suddenly I cannot log in, no response from emails but they are still taking my money each month bordering on fraudulent in my view.

Bad Bad . Outdated ! abandoned software - no customer support, impossible to access history of inventory , limited features . Not worth paying for this service. I am a client since 2016 and it was useful then but gradually became bad to worst !

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
I have been using them for 10+ years but it is no longer bearable. The site is always crushing, and slow to load, every time there is a new error. Looking for alternatives. Do not sign up!

We started using Inkfrog when we first started up in business. It was a fantastic tool, and massively helped us bulk list to eBay with professional looking listings. We then built a Shopify store and Inkfrog seamlessly integrated into that too.

Unfortunately we ended up out-growing Inkfrog and ended up moving to another platform which was more suited for multi-warehouse management and more complex warehouse setups. However, Inkfrog provided us with the building blocks to get onto this next level.

Our favourite feature was the ability to create profiles, this saved us a ridiculous amount of time and could be applied in bulk, again saving even more time.

My only wish, is that Inkfrog added the ability to turn off inventory management/stock updates to eBay and Shopify. if this feature was added I would be back in a heartbeat to use Inkfrog solely as a listing tool.

Overall, Inkfrog is great for any business starting out on eBay looking to ramp up their listings. But if you get to the point of multiple warehouses, or complex warehouse setups this may not be the software for you.

BEWARE of Inkfrog. They have been charging a closed down online shop I did on 2018. Where it is my responsibility to ensure that a subscription should cease which I thought all subs will cease as I closed the shop and business, account etc. I didn’t realise Inkfrog continued to charge. They will not take responsibility for charging a non-existent shop and I’m wondering how many more of such transactions they are making money from. Inkfrog is not a trustworthy entity for sure. Use other services other than Inkfrog.

I subscribed but stop using within one day. Poor quality integration, not syncing with shopify or ebay correctly. Support already aware of issues but no fix. Pay a premium for "Premium" templates/themes. Nothing premium there. Template software editor software could be better. Waste of money. Theres better FREE ones out there. Disappointed as I had high hopes.

Terrible, have not been able to log in for a week and they are not answering emails about this, They also are not sending a link to update any passwords as it says I need a new password (which i dont was willing to do anything to use the platform. Cant even contact a soul but they had zero issues charging me my 19.99 monthly payment in the middle of this,. Super angry.. Dont recommend.

I used Inkfrog for years. At first it was great software which helped productivity immensely. But it slowly became obsolete and full of bugs and issues. Technical support was great 10 years ago. Today they have none. It was very expensive and time consuming but I have moved to another platform which is better in every way. Avoid Inkfrog at all costs is my suggestion.

I’m new to Inkfrog and switched to them because the tool I previously used was no longer available with Shopify.

I had thousands of listings to migrate to the inkfrog tool, and I had no idea what I was doing.

While getting everything set up I opened over a dozen requests for help and each time they responded thoroughly and with very helpful information. They helped me learn the tool and always went above and beyond to make sure I was successful.

My inventory sync stopped working with inkFrog, which is CRITICAL with Amazon and eBay platforms. I was left juggling fulfilling orders with trying to keep track of inventory to ensure its accuracy. If you are forced to cancel an order due to no inventory, the consequences can be catastrophic. I opened a request to fix this issue, and over a month later, there was NO communication, no resolution, no explanation, nothing. I was forced to cancel my subscription and move on to another app that charges more, and rightfully so, because that app works! Subscribe to inkFrog at your own risk!

Inkfrog used to be a great ebay listing tool years ago. Now it is difficult to use. Warning: be sure to close your account if you are not happy with Their Services. Don't let it stay dormant..Otherwise they will continue to bill Your credit card for unearned services. What a rip off. Very disappointed 😞

Ive been using inkfrog for a few years and it has had its ups and down but now its really buggy and customer support is useless. Features break frequently. A month for a small fix to be made to put back functionality to add a picture to listings and still no news and customer support is unhelpful and says it knows nothing and cannot do anything to move things forward. I am now checking out alternatives to use instead. I can not recommend inkfrog in its current state. If things change I will reconsider but that seems unlike based on zero progress in a month.
