Inland Real Estate School Reviews

David McGowan is an excellent teacher who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about real estate. He's always available if you need help and you can tell he cares about his students.

Dave is an amazing instructor he makes the material easy to understand and is always so willing to provide additional help if needed. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I would prefer in person class due to interference on Zoom with students not muting their volume and interrupting what others are saying. You can't hear the instructor very well with other background noise.

great course, with Dave who truly cares!!!!

Professor David is a great teacher. He really helped me understand the concepts in real estate. He is very kind, professional and the online class was good with the zoom feature.

David is an amazing instructor with wealth of experience to share and the ability to keep the class engaged for prolonged periods of time. His insights are very practical and instrumental. I would have no doubts recommending his classes to anyone seeking a real estate license.

What a great class! It's all done by Zoom but Dave the instructor makes you feel like you're sitting in a classroom!

Dave goes at a nice, easy pace and allows you to ask any question without making you feel bad for doing so. His teaching method leaves you confident that you know the material at the end of each session.

I would highly recommend taking this class if you're considering a career in real estate.

In these tough times of Coronavirus and for myself in changing careers, Dave was great in educating us through webinar to prepare us for the test. It was a great class and I learned a great deal.

Dave is an incredible instructor with a wealth of knowledge and a strong desire to educate!

I am still mid way through the training class, But I am really enjoying the way Dave teaches. Easy to follow and really open to questions. He is super responsive to emails and text for additional support. I feel confident I will be very prepared for the exam once this course is over.

I think I would have had a better experience if it weren’t for Covid-19 with an in-class experience, but nonetheless I learned a lot and I will recommend this class!
