Inland Real Estate School Reviews

I really enjoyed the course! Initially I signed up for the on-site class but due to COVID-19 we were switch to online. David McGowan made it an incredibly smooth transition. His professional, approachable, enthusiastic personality made it an enjoyable class. It is greatly appreciated in each class when he makes sure everyone understands the material. I will be back for my continuing education courses 😁

Dave has wealth of knowledge and I enjoyed the class. Thank you

An amazing school!

Dave is the best instructor so far. He teaches you difficult concepts with such ease. Don’t try to learn RE on your own. Just do it with Inland

Dave McGowan has all the hallmarks of an outstanding teacher. He's kind, has patience and is a wealth of information.

Dave McGowan is an excellent teacher with great passion for his work and the welfare of his students. I would highly recommend Dave's class to any prospective student

Passed state and national exam on the first try, “piece of cake.” Dave does a great job of explaining the material. State and national exams are easier than the classroom final in my opinion. Which means that Dave does a great job of covering the material and preparing you for the state and national exams. Class is a little intense at times but definitely worth the money.

Dave is such a genuinely caring person. I really enjoyed meeting him and going to his class. I’m glad I picked Inland and I’m confident that I will pass my test on the first try thanks to Dave. He did a wonderful job teaching. I was very comfortable in his class and had a fun learning process. Thanks, Dave!

I did the 3 week course with Dave McGowan for the brokers license. I am so glad I came across his website and signed up immediately. I just want to say to anyone that is looking to get their Brokers License, don't waste your time looking around for other options. Dave McGowan is the BEST instructor in town. He will get you over the finishing line in no time. His experience/knowledge, the course format is all you need. Thank you DAVE MCGOWAN.

Dave is a great teacher and will get you to pass the state and national license exam. Not only will he tell you everything you need to know to pass the class and exam he goes out of his way to introduce you to people in the field and give you a direction in the industry. Couldn’t thank you enough Dave Mcgowin.
DO NOT USE A CLICK THROUGH PROGRAM they do not provide the correct information and you will fail the national test with amp.

Dave is very knowledgeable and relatable when instructing. He takes the time to teach you the material properly; while preparing you to succeed in the field. I highly reccomend his course.

Dave was great and very attentive to his students. He genuinely looks to maximize his student's understanding on real estate concepts.
