Innovation group left a very positive impression. Lorna was great dealing with the booking and Bill, Ben and Terry did a great job replacing the damaged drainage pipes. They were friendly, quick, efficient and did a good job putting everything back in place when they'd finished.

Chris and Charlie attended on two occasions to sort a leak at my home. They were very professional and friendly fully explaining what they were going to do. They also were clean and tidy after their job was finished. Would definatly recommend these workers to undertake any jobs needed.

Fantastic service, the engineers Bill and Ben arrived on time, they were friendly and polite. They organised the site, kept me updated on their progress and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend the service

He was on time,worked efficiently and quickly.
He left the inspection site in better condition than when he started.

The two engineers (M Rooke/A Rogers) who attend were pleasant and accommodating to my inability to move about quickly due to injury. They advised what they were investigating and were efficient in their work. They explained what they had found and the process that would follow.

Kim and Ronnie were knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and brilliant

Both Bill and Ben were excellent they were professional, very aware of there surroundings, respectful of patients and staff and knew what they were talking about. Pleasure to have them. Thank you

Alan and James were both extremely polite and worked hard even in the rain.

Declan and Aaron were really nice lads, explained what they were doing and got on with the job with no fuss. Left everything neat and tidy when they’d finished.

Josh and Ash were professional, courteous and explained what they were going to do. They did the job efficiently and left the drive clean.

The men who came today were M Rook and A Roges.
Both were polite and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and took their time answering all the questions we had for them.
When they left we knew exactly what the plan was going forward.
This was very reassuring and appreciated.

Great experience from declan and brendan very happy with innovation group.

Visited by Marcus (103123) for a collapsed pipe problem. Marcus was very professional and informative, he explained to me everything that he was going to do and what had discovered, what was the cause & what the next steps are. I really appreciated Marcus reassuring me that everything was going to be ok despite the problem we face with the collapsed pipe it was comforting to know it can be fixed.

He explained clearly everything that he was doing so we understood what was happening. Marcus showed us the images from the cctv he used to show the problems with our drains, he was very polite and knowledgeable person and is a credit to your team.

My appointment was confirmed quickly. Chris and Charlie turned up ontime on the day, were very knowledgeable and helpful. The issue was a leak underground outside my property, they identified the issue quickly and completed the repair. A re test was done to confirm the issue had been resolved. Everything was explained and everywhere was left tidy. Thank you

The job from start to finish was done professionally and to a very high standard.
Martin (I think) Rooke who came to assess and look at what not needed doing was prompt and professional and really helpful, he included me in all the aspects of the assessment and gave me a clear understanding of my drainage under my kitchen floor. Then when the lads turned up to complete the works Luke and Frankie were so prompt and worked so hard (on the hottest day of the year) and completed the job to a very high standard. Not forgetting Stephanie who handled my claim she was easy to contact and I was aware what was happening through. Overall I could not recommend this company enough it’s 5***** from us.
