Reported at 10:15 PM rescheduled 4 times for attendance. Organised a taxi to take my wife home which failed to arrive. Recovery vehicle arrived at approx 10:30am the next morning. Left for over 12 hrs... Toon meer

12 hour wait with no customer service follow up
Reported at 10:15 PM rescheduled 4 times for attendance. Organised a taxi to take my wife home which failed to arrive. Recovery vehicle arrived at approx 10:30am the next morning. Left for over 12 hrs in a remote area with no facilities. The status apparently went from breakdown to priority to stranded to intervention. Reasons for delays were remoteness to Solar eclipse! So if you're going to breakdown do so in a nice easy accessible place and not after a solar eclipse! Or maybe if they can't provide cover don't take the job on and don't take out money. Also haven't received a follow up from then regarding this debacle. Good luck if you use them as you will need it

Great company as we already have emergency cover with RAC
We found the price of the motor insurance very competitive we had been paying over£100 a month with a well known company with the same benefits we've saved over £50 with RAC we will definitely recommend this company to our friends

Simple process and a good price
The whole process of taking out this insurance was easy and quick. The original quote given was one of the cheapest I received and the policy covered everything I wanted.

NEVER again.
Despite me buying, AND PAYING FOR ! my car insurance policy with you at least 14 days ago, I have had to get your help desk to email me a copy of my documents as your online site will not allow me to view them !
It tells me I DO have a policy but will not open the documents despite repeated attempts !
I should have learned my lesson 2 YEARS AGO WHEN IT HAPPENED THEN !
IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN .
