Use this company at your peril, we ordered an article and cancelled approximately 2 hours later .
They still took our money and have refused any contract which we have mailed 5 times .

BEWARE!
I'd advise you to avoid shopping with this firm, if anything goes wrong they are seemingly impossible to talk to.
An elderly friend wanted to buy 1 watch. He received 5 watches instead. We followed the routine for returning them but weeks later had no refund and we are having no help from the company.
I emailed support and got a reply the first time round, I did what was asked, which was send the 5 watches back, pay for postage as well and send support a photo of the watches and then the parcel and the tracking number. I did all of this and had no reply. It is disgusting that my friend who is 86 has now been scammed out of £174.
I emailed support again last week, they replied almost immediately, asked me to send the order number etc, which I did and I have had no reply since.
Reading the reviews on here, it looks like a few people have had problems.
I would like to know why it is so difficult to refund money and why this company think it is ok to scam elderly people! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
J’ai commandé des genouillères, parait-il révolutionnaire. Ouai !vraiment c’est abusé de la crédibilité des gens. Un lot de 3 genouillères pour 79 € Donc pas satisfait du produit j’ai demandé un retour. Et là tenez-vous bien, retour à vos frais en recommandé et surtout retour en Chine. Alors que le colis provient de la rue de la demi-lune Roissy Charles de Gaulle. En vous signifiant qu’il y a des risques de perte et du risque de frais de douane à votre charge. Donc, tout ce qu’il faut pour dissuader d’un retour. Cela ne s’invente pas, j’ai fait les copies d’écran. Alors que je le répète cela provient de la région Parisienne. Stop, stop aux arnaques déguisées.

Non pas vraiment satisfait de la réponse, vous savez même Temu et beaucoup d’autres sites, ont des produits qui proviennent de chine. Et pour autant ils sont expédiés tout comme vous sur des plateformes d’ile de France. Le retour se fait sur celles-ci.
Le risque de perte de colis est nul ainsi que les hypothétiques frais de douane. Arrêtez de nous prendre pour des pigeons de l’année. J’argumenterai sur tous les sites qui veulent bien mon témoignage, afin de mettre un terme à votre façon de commercer.
En bon entendeur, je vous salue bien.

The greatest scammers they sent a so called smartwatch which does not work when I complained they said they had sent another one another lie Lea who ever she is it never arrived no refund even though I paid with PayPal which surprises me thought PayPal were safe. Do not touch Innovation shopping scammers.
Do not buy from this Company. They are based in China. UK Customer Protections do not apply. Even buying via a Credit Card does not help. They play complainants along until they give up. My search for a refund for faulty products is now 3 months old. Sites like this should be removed from the WWW.

I rang about a refund I was told my customer service that I would not get the refund until the order is complete I said that I did not think that was fair. I have to wait 2 months before I get the refund. I tried to get the refund innovations will not give me the money back until the order is complete. I don't if I am going if I am going to order anything else it's put me of ordering. It's a lot of money to lose. Someone said I may not get the refund back I have had good service from innovations until now My Order number is PA5636871 and yes I did order from innovations I also spoke to someone from innovations saying about the refund I have kept a copy of the email with the order number

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with - every time we ring they lie and tell a different story.
Weazel their way out of what they say, contradict themselves. Lead you to believe they are a NZ company - call centre in the Philippines, ships out of Australia but have a NZ 0800 number.
Ordered something in stock, says 2 business days to ship. Here we are nearly 20 days later and a different story every time ya ring them. Guaranteed delivery for Christmas but of course these guys are Liars!! DO NOT TRUST or purchase anything from them.

Bought a tracker watch, waited about 9 days for it to arrive, can’t get it to work and their requirements before they will agree to refund are onerous. I haven’t given up yet, but it’s all designed to make it as difficult as possible to get a refund for faulty goods or simple those proving to be unsuitable and within the legal limit to return on- line purchases.

Beyond terrible service!! Would give a 'zero' star rating!! Just read a review about a customer in NZ receive a speedy delivery!! Nice for some, I placed an order on 9th November as the Company states location is Auckland so I expected delivery within 1-3 days at least!! But today is 22/11/23, I'm still waiting for my order!! Request sent to Innovations regarding the delay, I was told to wait it takes 9-15 days but this is only after they pack your order. I got an email 6 days later to say they have packed my order. So, overall, a long delay, full of excuses, and by far a disappointing provider who only wants your money!! Do not recommend!! Shop somewhere that is going to provide quality service!! Last scan on my package was 21/11/23 sitting in Auckland, it's probably doing a detour to Africa before it drops from the sky and reaches my address.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star for customer service. Ordered on behalf of a family member and put her email in and name for tracking and it to be emailed to her. After no email i emailed them on my email requesting the invoice or tracking to be sent to her email and to make sure I had not entered incorrect. They could not help at all claiming breaking confidentiality laws. I did not want this sent to me. I just wanted the information sent to the email provided. Since it had been over a week since it was ordered. So 2 days later I emailed them off the email of my family member with all of the same details, no reply. Then i called, stating all the same details and they gave me all the information and the email was in fact correct? So where did the email go. Oh and about that breaking confidentiality laws? Well they did that too by phone. Then we received an email on my family members email stating we don’t have an account/ order even though I had just been given all the information over the phone.
Who ever is at the other end of your emails needs a new job…

I ordered a watch but then minutes later found my son had bought my husband one. Sent an e-mail to cancel and a day later they told me it had been despatched and I just had to return it. Received watch, eventually found out where to send it back to China!!, paid £16.00 as they wanted it tracked and it has been stuck in the Chinese customs for over a month. Telephoned their customer support in this country who hardly understand English and they said they would call me back - nothing. I would definitely advise not using this company, they seem complete scammers.
