Dubai Insider helped me to resolve an issue with a developer over the SPA not being submitted despite me started paying instalments. Norris and Adel did their best and resolved the issue in the most professional way. the Developer submitted me the SPA. Beside the competent team, I am impressed by the Dubai Portal as shows the latest and coming project in UAE with brochure and photo. so I don't need to contact agent asking for these info anymore.

How can someone charges to show the property listing, and then charges later. A genuine Real estate agency, especially in dubai (when they are making houses to attract outsiders) should be showing the property listing and show the houses, the charges comes in to picture when the deal is on. And they call from various different numbers and when i asked why the scam score is so high, the lady said that’s ok lets discuss this, thats where it didn’t look good. Any how it someone wants to buy houses go to the trusted sites.
