I had a very disappointing experience with IDR’s hiring process. I was contacted and interviewed twice, but after the interviews I received no update for almost two weeks. I followed up twice myself and still had to wait for a response. I completely understand being rejected for a position, but candidates deserve basic communication and professional courtesy, especially after investing their time in multiple interviews. The lack of communication throughout the process was extremely unprofessional, and I hope they improve their candidate communication in the future.

They make it easy to participate and are very professional.

They keep emailing me for surveys, despite having replied a few times that I am not interested in taking the survey.

Looks quite spammy, I do not recommend anyone to take surveys.

As an expert, I've had the chance to work with them on a number of surveys over the past year. Found the quality of their surveys, and the professionalism and helpfulness of their staff to be excellent. I would definitely work with them on future projects.

They are poorly organized.

Even after posting this rating I still wasn't able to get a reasonable and concrete explanation for why my participation was cancelled even though I qualified after the screening survey and followed all the instructions and requirements. This is lack of respect for the participants time.

The lack of payment of 5 referrals was also not addressed.

1. Poor support and unresolved survey issue: In the most recent survey, I successfully passed the screening questionnaire and was informed that I qualified to participate. However, after completing the full survey, the website displayed the message: "You do not meet the requirements for this survey." A research analyst attempted to investigate the issue by asking where the survey had terminated and whether I had been traveling while completing it, which I had not. After ruling out that possibility, the analyst asked whether I had used copy and paste during the survey, which I also had not. When I contacted the ERM Team for support, their initial response contradicted what the research analyst had told me and did not address the issue. After I pointed out the contradiction, they stopped responding altogether, despite my follow-up messages.

2. Unpaid referral bonuses: I referred five people on two separate occasions—first in August 2024 and again in June 2026. All five referrals were eligible and completed at least one survey, yet I never received any referral payments. One of the referrals completed a survey back in 2024/2025 and I never got paid the promised referral bonus.

3. Delayed payment: The payment for the first survey I completed was only made several months later, and only after I contacted them to say that I would no longer participate in any surveys because I had not been paid for the first one. Only then was I informed that I needed to register with Tipalti in order to receive payments.

I can confirm the experiences that others have written. I was never paid for participating in a study. I consider this organization to be a fraudulent one.

Great experience overall, very professional and interesting collaborations.

I'm very pleased with the IDR experience. The screener questionnaires are consistent and I typically receive several each day. I am typically invited to participate in the final research projects about 15-25% of the time. The team of prospectors are always professional and polite. I look forward to continue working with them.

I must admit I can be skeptical about these kinda things but IDR were super professional, quick to respond with any queries and made payment very promptly. I would highly recommend working with them

The company provides a platform for me to input my experiences into researches and insights gathering. I would recommend them for any professional looking to share their own experiences as raw as they come. The staff is courteous in their interactions.

Like the service a lot. Joined multiple interviews and it was great to earn some money this way. Sometimes it takes a while until I have received the money. Faster payout would be appreciated.
