IDR is a great way to be a part of helping in shaping what new products are useful and what you would like to see in the marketplace. Also helping be a part of trials to see if products are worth it. It is also nice to receive a payment for time and effort. It is well worth it. Thank you IDR!

My Experience as a Respondent in Insights Driven Research (IDR). Initially, I was hesitant to join this paid research platform, fearing it would be complicated or not payable. But my experience with IDR was far from that.
The process was easy. From registering, filling out my profile, to receiving surveys that matched my background. The surveys weren't random, and the topics were interesting and relevant. They usually didn't take long, so they didn't interfere with my daily activities.
The payment process was clear and secure. With each completed project, the reward was immediately credited. Withdrawals were also transparent, usually via Tipalti, and didn't take long. I've received rewards several times, and everything went smoothly without any issues.
What I really like is the sense of being valued as a respondent. Our opinions are truly used for product and policy research.
For those of you looking to utilize your free time while earning extra income, this platform is worth a try. Honestly, it's one of the most flexible ways I've ever tried to contribute and still get rewarded.

Trustworthy and insightful

Stay away from this company if you are an expert respondent.

I have had the displeasure of working with this company on more than half a dozen surveys over the last few years.

Here are just a few of their unethical practices:

1) Asking you to complete a non-paid 'pre-screening' form. You will give them all the data they need and they don't pay you for the screening, which is often pages long. This is their latest tactic.

2) If you do get to the paid section, they will send you a survey to complete in 5 or 10 minutes (according to them). The surveys are dozens and dozens of questions long, impossible to finish in under 30 minutes if you take it seriously.

3) They only pay you when the client approves. This can take months AFTER their initial deadline provided, if at all. If you ask why, they tell you that's how it is and you must accept it.

4) They will not pay you in the hopes you will forget. You have to constantly chase them to get the honorarium. I've had to escalate to senior leadership in the past.

5) I have raised these issues with senior leadership of the company. They promised to make changes, but it only got worse.

6) They lowball you on EVERY SINGLE thing. If they say the honorarium is 35 USD, it means their budget is likely 70 and they just want to save money.

7) Several 'researchers' will contact you for the same survey. If you ask a question, they don't respond.

Trust me, stay away from them!

I have been nominated several times for various projects. I participated and used to get my compensation as promised. Employees are very cooperative and respond very quickly. Happy to work remotely with IDR.

IDR is a great company, and it has been great working with them over the years. They are always reliable with payment and very professional and friendly. Highly recommend working with them.

I have participated in over 15-20 projects over the past few years. As part of their remote team, I receive invitations to participate in surveys, as well as a link to a screening form, based upon my completed professonal profilee, which I fill out and submit.

If I qualify, I receive a link to the formal survey. Once completed, submitted via screenshot, and verified, I receive an e-check, in the $30-$50 range, which I print out and deposit remotely. IDR is always responsive if I have questions.

I've also done a few of the longer one-on-one virtual interviews, which pay more - they're a bit harder to screen into.

All in all, IDR is very professional and terrific to work with.
