This is market survey company that is legit . They keep their word and they pay you for your time. They keep great communication suggest to anyone looking to make extra money.

IDR only pays about 1/2 the time and most of the time to even get to that 1/2 compensation, you have to email over and over again. They also tell you they will pay within 2-3 weeks and it's more like 6-8 weeks. Half the checks they email just don't work to deposit. The work is fun and good but I do not trust them at all.

Per your request here are my open issues:

1. IDR 3259-Check will not deposit, I have reached out 4x as bank tells me front and back don't match
2. IDR-3445-IDR tells me they paid me $65 for this but they did not and they keep referring to a different study for $75 which would not be the same since it's different amounts
3. IDR 3236-Was not paid and followed up 6x
4. Business Decision Makers-Completed 7/2/26 and was not paid, followed up 6x
5. IDR 3339-Completed 7/2/26 and was not paid, followed up 6x

Scammy organization. I was contacted by an employee already confirmed by the organization (it was requested to remove his name) to fill out some forms. I did it. Eventually, I had a "final" survey after I spent enough time on the previous one, which was for $40. When I opened it and tried to fill it out, I got this one:

Thank you for your interest.

Unfortunately, you do not meet the requirements for this survey.

We appreciate the time you spent getting started and will reach out when a future project is a stronger fit.

I tried to fill it out less than 10 min before I got the email. Therefore, I consider it a scam. I even tried to contact the employee, and I never got an answer back.

Update 2026-09-03:
Sent email to the suggested address. No reply from the organization. I even added in CC, the person who contacted me who stopped replying. I keep my words that is a scammy and doubtful organization.

A very helpful and supportive external relation team. Analyst team should be more precise in delivering estimated project timeline and payment completion.

Interesting surveys, great and responsive staff!

Worked with many of these type companies. Worked with IDr for a few years.

They are so hard to work with - send numerous surveys with no ID to which is which, when they do pay, often pay amounts that don’t tally with the original offers, experts@ and erm@ emails never respond and the fail surveys and never let you know.

Have no way of tracking surveys you have done, which are paid and which are not. Refuse to reference which surveys are paid on the times you are paid

Super hard to work with and often have duplicate surveys that I’ve done with over companies with a much harder and slower process

A really great experience. I've always been paid in short time (2-4 weeks usually). I receive several survey requests, not always I qualify for them, but when I do, these surveys are always in line with my role and my experience. The compensation is good, around 35$ per survey.

IDR's people who I am in touch with are super nice.

I have been participating in their surveys for years now and have never had any issues. Whenever I have questions or encounter small technical problems, they are always quick to respond and resolve them. Now, whenever I see an email from them, I’m always happy to participate in their surveys because I fully trust them.

Surveys encountering are relevant to the field I work so everytime we answer a survey it is more like we are creating an impact with it and being paid for that is the best part

I was invited to participate in a survey. I filled out the survey form. After completing the survey I received the answer that the survey was terminated. The promised reward for participating was never paid. The provider does not seem to be reliable.
